Visited Pink & White dental with my partner to get our teeth scaling/polishing/whitening procedure done and the results were good. Both Dr Jolene and Dr Shana were amazing at what they do, very detailed, gentle and nice people. The 1.5+ hour procedure went by quick and their assistants did a great job too. Front desk staff were really nice. We had some issues with our card payment but they were really patient and we resolved it together in the end. Overall happy with the visit, well done!

Great experience! Friendly staff and really caring team especially Doctor Shana. Pretty much did everything here including root canal, filling, scaling & extraction etc. The quality and treatment is amazing. Provided me complementary services like CBCT scanning as well since it was found out halfway during the root canal that my teeth had a crack quite deep into the canal. Will definitely come back here for my dental needs in future. A really “thank you” and wish the team to keep being humble and friendly as always. It’s rare these days. :)

I've always been afraid of going to the dentist, but Dr. Jolene made me feel at ease. I visited for a wisdom tooth extraction and scaling. Clinic is clean and comfortable, with soothing lo-fi music playing to help us relax. Parking was easy to find. Even though I don't live nearby, I don't mind travelling a long way just to see Dr. Jolene.

I have had 3 visits with Dr New for a routine cleaning and getting my molar crown replacement done. First cleaning appt & crown replacement consultation with Dr New was such a breeze. He was very gentle and careful during the cleaning process.

I had a challenging issue with my molar tooth but Dr New & his assistant remained calm & worked on my tooth with much care. Fast forward to getting my new permanent crown fixed, I am very happy to share that the whole process has been fulfilling. Thank u Dr New & team for your patience & professionalism in getting my problem tooth fixed! 👍

I had a great experience with Dr New. He was detailed oriented and took great care in explaining the x-ray and the follow-up treatment. I was told I required 6 cavities filled/redone by another dentist, am glad I came to Dr New for a second opinion. I will definitely be back for my regular check-up.

Brought my kids (2y.o. & 1y.o.), Dr New was really pro in handling kids. Ofc the kids cried as this was their first visit to dental clinics. But all is good, he managed to do some check-ups on them. He suggested few tips on how to reduce kids anxiety & nervousness in seeing dentist. Definitely coming back again!

Genuinely excellent treatment for my root canal. Pain was gone almost immediately, and crown is a good fit.
Slightly pricier than other dentists in JB but I got no regrets. Dr Jolene was my dentist.

Yesterday I went to the clinic attended by D.Shana , a nice and beautiful Dentist. She checked and explained A to Z patiently to me. Extraction of tooth is 3/10 pain level (Max). After 24 hours, I feel NO pain on my wound. They did a great service from customer service, assistants crew to dentist. Atmosphere is children friendly and family theme.totally different from typical dentist environment.

I read many good reviews about this clinic online. After my visit today, I must say that they exceeded my expectations. Dr. Jolene is definitely the best dentist I have ever met, extremely patient and friendly, what impressed me most is her professionalism, she offers truly good advices and only recommends treatments that are necessary. She is very good and gentle with kids too.

Clinic staff are all polite and helpful. If you look for reliable and quality dental services, Pink and White will definitely be the choice. I highly recommend Dr. Jolene!

Fantastic service from both the support staff and dentist, willing to explain patiently in sufficient detail with regards to both the teeth whitening procedure and scaling and polishing. Rates are reasonable as well, and I strongly encourage anybody who is in the area and is in need for dental treatment to pay them a visit!

Lovely dental practice. Very nice reception and wait area. Dr Jolene is super professional and a great practitioner. Everything is explained in detail to you, with the most up to date practices. Multilingual communication as well!
