Immense pleasure in writing a compliment for a.b.c dental. My mother and husband consulted the knowledgeable and empathetic dentists for their respective treatments. My husband needed to remove his braces, get an expert advice on his teeth alignment issues. His dentist was extremely attentive in her care. She actively listened to his dental history, willingly obtained his records although they are based in Singapore, and ensured the appropriate treatment was administered. As for my mother, she needed an implant, but based on her conditions, the dentist offered her alternatives which we found to be helpful and timely. Both the dentists are genuinely compassionate, they care for their patients. Checked on the post-treatment and asked about our past (horrifying) dental experiences. As Singaporeans and having been visiting dentists here locally, i can vouch that a.b.c dental in JB Malaysia are a class apart. Exemplary services at affordable fixed rates. Their services are transparent with no hidden costs. The entire clinic environment is hygienic, clean and conducive for patient care. The dental assistants are equally caring and warm. Nothing is imposed on you. No hard-selling either. And they never frighten you with unnecessary treatments which require surgeries. They explain the conditions and consequences and allow us to sleep on it before we commit to the treatment if need be. Fixing the appointment was an easy breeze. Driving down to the place is convenient too. By far this is the best dental experience we have had. Thank you, doctors, assistants and the rest of the staff for taking great care of us. I had my teeth whitening done and the doctor has done a superb job. Before the procedure she went through with me step by step. Her expertise has put me at ease and the end results of my teeth was shining white again. Kudos to Dr.Caren Lwi for a job well done! All the staff there were polite and friendly. Will definitely patron the clinic again in future.

I had my root canal procedure and crowning done by Dr. Alenxia. She is the BEST dentist I have ever come across, and her service was so much better than what I received from another specialist endodontist at another clinic.

She is very meticulous and sincerely cares about the well-being of the patient during the procedure. She patiently answered all my queries during the consultation and approached each procedure with a lot of empathy.

While I used to detest dental visits, I actually started looking forward to appointments at abc dental clinic, as I knew that I would be well taken care of, by Dr. Alenxia.

The front office team also follows up closely after each visit, and promptly answers any queries. This is the only clinic I would be recommending anyone for their dental needs from now! I'm honestly impressed by their level of professionalism and expertise.

Used to be afraid of going to dentists as they were intimidating, but I enjoyed my session in abc dental with Dr Alenxia. Great counter services too. Painless scaling!

Good service at the clinic. Go for root canel, end up the doctor advices not to do the procedure because the crack serious, suggest to extract the crack tooth. They used procedure and micro scope to check my crack tooth. Total cost 750Rm, it worth it to spend this amount, otherwise follow up the root canal procedure cost few thousand and end up need to extract the crack tooth.

Dr.Rachel and nurses serve very well and are polite.The tooth washing process is completely painless.Very satisfied❤

Doc Caren was fabulous, she explained everything to me and was caring & compassionate throughout the whole procedure.
Their staff is well mannered and very cooperative.
They are punctual, clean and use advance technology to ensure best treatment.
Just a small example of how detail oriented and friendly they are, during my root canal I was feeling cold, then I noticed someone put a blanket over me so that I feel warm, this just won my heart.

Went Dr Ron for 2nd opining after I had painful gum last week and being told I need to do RC or extract my molar. Guess what...after Dr Ron' checked, it's just my gum issue, no need RC. He is always patience and always give me assurances.
Love going Dr Ron for spa treatment, he is very thorough and gentle.

Excellent customer service. The dental was very friendly, patient and helpful in solving our teeth problem. In an addition, they alwayls follow up the customer the next day. It's really good service indeed.

First time doing dental treatment at Johor Bahru and it was a pleasant experience to have it done at ABC Dental Center. Staffs are kind, friendly, and very accommodating. Doc Rachel is indeed very professional…explaining the treatment that will be done and goes through with you with the whole process (from saying that procedure will now start…even counting to 3..and updates you on the whole progress of the treatment). I had my rootcanal, sectioning, crown/bridging, and cleaning with the whole process almost being painless! Kudos to her light hands and excellent work!

In addition, they have high-tech equipments and machineries that aided them to diagnose my dental complications properly and ensure that the whole process will be flawless! Lastly, they have after care service…sending a follow-up message the next day, checking how you are feeling and condition after the treatment!

I done root canal and crowning for 4 tooth. Dr. Ruben is very professional and gentle, he minimise my discomfort during the treatment and my tooth are just like real, well done! And Dr. Zoe is very skillful as he will guide other dentist for difficult treatment. Highly recommended!

I had visited Abc dental clinic for bracing consultation, scaling, polishing and filling. It’s been a great experience. The environment is comfy and the dentists and nurses are friendly. They gave me a clear structure of the bracing journey and payment method. I felt confidence to having them in my bracing journey! Furthermore, there’s no pain at all during and after treatment (scaling, polishing and filling) ☺ I had been suffer pain from the tartar under gum for a while last few days. After treatment, the pain is gone for good 👍🏻 Price is reasonable and highly recommended.

Had to bring my daughter in to get her tooth extracted. I was nervous as well as I myself had bad experiences with other dental clinics. The interior felt homely yet professional which immediately put me at ease, registration was simple and the procedure went fantastic. The dentist (my apologies for not remembering her name) did everything to keep my daughter at ease, playing with her and keeping things really light hearted. I live in Gelang Patah and the long drive was well worth it. They even dropped a message the next day to enquire about my daughter's well-being. This is the place to bring your kids and yourself.

I was a new patient, and EVERYONE in the office was so professional. The dentists were knowledgeable and very informative. The entire office was very up-to-date with modern equipment and it has such a pleasant environment. I had a great experience and will be coming back regularly. One of the best!!!
