I am very happy to have went to homepro at paradigm mall. Went there to get a new shower with both overhead shower and hand shower to replace my old one.

First, the service was top notch. As my was a replacement buy, I had to ensure the one I buy fit into my existing fitting. The technical expert who attended to me was very patient with me, allowing me to open up the packaging of different models to see the fitting without a complain even though the first few was not compatible. Better still, even though his English was not very good and he could not understand my original request, he went to get a college who speaks English well to interpret for him so that he understand my requirement. Really touched with his service. Thanks.

Second, the price of the new shower was cheap, especially when compared to Singapore. It's around RM$220 or SGD$70 and would have cost a lot more if I bought similar type in Singapore. It's a DIY and it worked fine after I installed it in my bathroom. Family really love the new overhead shower head.

Will definitely go to home Pro in paradigm mall again if I need to buy now DIY household stuff.

Very helpful staff and he gave us a lots of information on Vacuum Cleaner. Even help us to get the bulky troley and push it to the Cashier. Good Customer Service, too.

Very reasonable prices and good location. However I have yet to purchase anything from here as I was unsure of its return / warranty policy.

They had the products we needed and a few we didn’t but purchased as an impulse buy . As the lines were very long , the leadership went to great lengths to get additional help including themselves to get the lines down . Well done from a business and people perspective
