Fantastic stay at this hotel! We stayed at the top floor sea view room and we enjoyed it! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, clean, and comfy. The amenities were good. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. I'd also like to commend Naren's customer service during the weekend dinner buffet. Overall, a delightful stay that exceeded expectations. Will definitely be returning!

I recently stayed in the King Deluxe room. Overall, I was impressed with the spaciousness of the room, especially the separate living room and bedroom areas. The inclusion of a small kitchenette was a convenient feature as well.

One minor issue I encountered was with the bar stools in the room. They tend to be noisy when pulled out, which could be easily addressed by adding rubber soles to the stool legs.

The location of the property near the causeway was convenient, although it is worth noting that during peak hours, the road in front of the hotel can get quite congested with cars heading back to Singapore. This led to delays when returning to the hotel at night.
I look forward to potentially staying there again in the future.

Great value for money and an oasis after our journey from Singapore airport on public transport on a very busy Friday night! Room very well equipped (fridge, kettle etc) and incredibly comfortable bed. Location good for us as by the station though somewhat hard to walk to (only 5 mins so no point getting a taxi!) as not
an obvious route, even using Google maps! (Google suggested a 30 min route?!)

We had a wonderful dining experience at Capri Hotel. We truly appreciate for Mr. Pavi and Mr. Naren's excellent service during the dinner buffet. We really enjoy the fish curry that they recommended. Lastly Capri Hotel is always be my 1st choice to stay when we in Johor. Excellent service and clean and comfortable room.We are looking forward for our future stay with Capri hotel Johor Bahru.

Booked an executive king studio and the room was really spacious, and relatively clean. I wrote in to ask about getting a birthday cake for my wife, and they gave us a free slice of cake upon check in, with our aircon already on for us.

Breakfast buffet was really good with lots of choices, and service staffs were really friendly. Gym was decently equipped with bench and free weights up to 20kg. Outdoor pool as well as a spin and play where it’s laundry area with a PS4.

Some areas for improvements:
1. Car park. Really very limited for hotel guests despite this being a 40 storey hotel. Guests only can park at red lots but it was less than 50? And quite troublesome every time you enter/leave as you will need to collect a ticket and have it validated at the lobby before leaving. Can consider opening up more lots and streamline the process for re entrance.

2. Amenities within the room not replenished. There was no more conditioner and tissue box was almost empty when we checked in. Though staffs were prompt to refill them.

Everything over here in Capri by Fraser Johor baru has been nothing but a wonderful experience and definitely a memorable one , with the stay and getting the opportunity of a free upgrade to Studio executive King , the process of check in was easy, the employees was very welcoming to new guests , to the dining experience served by Juju and raj was very good. The food served here was fine and there's plenty of choice to choose from. Definitely a place to recommend for anyone who wants a day to relax alone or with family. Thank you once again for the
amazing experience , really grateful for the stay and will surely visit here again one day . 😊

Fantastic stay at Capri by Fraser,JB.We stayed for 1 night.The staff were incredibly welcoming and I would like to mention Suhaimi Mohd Nordin for his outstanding effort, ensuring me and family a seamless experience from check in -to Check out.
The hotel amenities were good,clean and very convenient.The hotel security can be seen at the hotel facilities especially carpark to ensure the safety of the guests.
Overall,a delightful stayed and definitely will be back again.

Room was clean and spacious.
Friendly receptionist and luggage keeper.
The shuttle bus service is available at 30min interval but we got no chance to use it.

For special occasion, they do simple decoration and their email was responsive.

We have a executive king room, the city view at night is just awesome.

Well equipped kitchen with microwave and nepresso machine.

For the price paid, everything the hotel offered definitely exceeded my expectations. What more could I ask for? In addition, the employees always seem happy and really eager to provide the best service. This is a great display of leadership from the hotel management. Thank you for the surprise birthday cake for my mom it was much appreciated. Definitely I will come back for their excellent service. Thank you once again.

Stayed for two nights in a Studio Executive King size room. Rooms were modern and well-appointed, with good soundproofing. Nice details - e.g. touch switch on the mirror to adjust lighting settings, provision of body lotion, a stylish and user-friendly toothbrush. Breakfast spread was substantial, with eastern and western delights. Bus service to JB City Square Mall ran on time and bus was clean.

Check in was smooth. Staff seemed happy to work here. Asked for an anniversary surprise for my wife and the housekeeping provided cake and folded swans on the bed. Keep up the good work!

We had a pleasant surprise when we reached and realized it was right next to JB CIQ. It was only about 5mins walk to JB Sentral. So convenient! The hotel also provided shuttle service to JB Sentral.

Service was impeccable - throughout the whole hotel! Everyone was helpful, friendly and always ready to help. Example, we had lunch at Delite and the staff recommended us the most value for money meal. It was really value for money.

The bed was sooo nice. We had the one bedroom king room. My daughter enjoyed the bath tub a lot. We had a living hall and a bedroom. The whole unit was very spacious. The bed so very big and comfortable and fitted three of us comfortably with enough space to toss and turn. The bedding was of good quality.

The room was clean. It came with a kitchenette, full height fridge and oven microwave, some utensils etc. we didn’t need, so we didn’t use.

The hotel provided basic amenities in the toilet like the shower stuffs and a good hair dryer. I was a little worried when I left my Dyson behind.

The room only had slight defects like the skirting was agap but didn’t affect us. The room sound-proofing wasn’t the best but we were able to sleep well.

The breakfast had enough variety for us. They had some changes in food on the two days we were there.

The gym was pretty well equipped. No stationary bike but other than that, had everything else I needed to work out, including yoga mats. Very clean too.

Overall, we had wonderful, safe and delightful stay. Capri shall now be the hotel of choice if I go to JB.

Capri in JB is beautiful. I had a room on a high floor with gorgeous views of the water and hustle of bustle of the streets. The room was exceptionally clean, bed super comfortable and wash room large with adjustable lighting.
Service from their staff was first-rate. Highly recommended, will stay here again when in JB!

Elegant accommodation with spacious and well maintained room. Even though the living room looks like apartment, the toilet, bedroom and the common area of the hotel feels like hotel. My room had the view of the CIQ, at night could have a night view of the traffic in the custom. Service was quite good, staff gladly provide me with water when I requested for it at the reception. Check in and check out was fast. The hotel provided many amenities and even shuttle bus services even though I did not manage to try out the hotel facilities due to time constraint. Highly recommended this accommodation!

Great hotel to stay in while visiting JB. The Delux rooms are quite large with huge bathrooms. View on the Singapore side is quite nice. Facilities and breakfast were all very good. Great value for money. Would stay here again.

Buffet dinner was great with a wide variety of choices! The food was really tasty and fresh too. Special shout out to waiters Pavin and Naren for being accommodating.

Stay on 16/02/2024 for my wife bdae Room 1203. I would like to give a good compliment to saiful who was at the counter . He made our check in really easy. He was really approachable when asking questions. Talking to him make us feel welcome. I have stay in so many hotels in Johor. And this is the first time we have stayed here. The first image is very important for the hotel. Which Saiful have shown us. I book the hotel stay for my wife birthday. Its really impressive of this hotel to show really good service and really good rooms. The Room is huge and the room are really clean with great views. We are staying in Room 1203. Kindly please send my compliment to Saiful. Please thank him, that he had made our stay a really happy one. We had a really good sleep. The rooms are very quiet. The morning breakfast spread was so good! This is one of the best hotel buffet breakfast we ever had! We definetly coming back here again. Counter staff at both check in counter and concierge, security, cleaner, restaurant staff are all so friendly and approacable. They give us the kind of feelings that we are really welcome. Capri johor, please compliment all ur teamates that they have really did a great job. And manage to make our stay a very memorable one! We will be coming back again soon!

Function hall located at 41st floor with great view. Service from the banquet staff is good and responded well whenever there is a request. Engineering department responded well on technical issue. Facilities and amenities in function hall are well organized. Hotel cleanliness thumbs up. Food is great with varieties. Accomodation room is spacious and clean. Definitely will come back again.

We had a buffet dinner here and the food was amazing. They have wide variety of food which is favourful and delicious. I dont mind coming for more.

Furthermore we were greated by their friendly smile and great warm service by Mr. Pavi and Mr. Naren who catered to our request pleasantly.

I'm glad to let you all know that my kids and my family had a wonderful stay at the hotel! We stayed here from 03 Nov 23 to 5 Nov 23.The service was impeccable, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff named Syafiq was incredibly helpful and friendly. From the warm welcome at check-in to the room service, The amenities and facilities were top-notch, and the location was convenient. I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
