Return: There was a jam at the agreed upon return point, fast communication to come to the best solution for return at a second point. Driver sent us back to hotel as gesture of goodwill.

Was a pleasant transaction with arun wanted to book a ride for 2 days on a last minute notice. The transaction for deposit was easy as well due to the paynow arrangement which many local companies do not offer. Arun and his team did a solid job making the transaction easy and hassle free. The service also has new cars which came in excellent condition and was a pleasure to drive. Overall this is a golden standard for car rental in in JB. I rented Alza for five days, and this car had been working very well all times.
What's commendable is that this company is the only one able to provide cars during the Spring Festival within short notice.
The rental process is quite smooth, submit all the needed documents online, then just to get your car.
