Rented a Toyota Vellfire for our family road trip around Malaysia. Pickup and drop-off arrangement to and from Singapore was seemless and easy. Self-Drove a total of 1919km, visited and explored 4 States in Malaysia all within 12 days. Car is in a great condition, clean, smooth and comfortable for a family of 7 with luggages. The boss, Mr Bob of Southern Best Travel is very responsive and accommodating to all my queries and requests throughout our trip. Rented myvi for 3 days.
Car is slightly old but good enough to drive long journey without issue.
Customer service is excellent, whatsapp responded quickly and request was received positively.
1. Custom delayed for 2 hours and they accommodated the delay patiently.
2. Unable to withdraw cash and requested to transfer online and they accommodated without question.
3. Request to return car at unusual timing and they accommodated

Mr Bob was very professional at handling enquiries even when contacted at odd hours. My family opt to self-drive an 11 seater Hyundai Starex up to Genting Highlands for a short vacation and requested for a Chauffeur to pick us up at Singapore to JB to self-drive.

Mr Bob was very transparent in his dealings and patient in answering enquiries as well as getting details for our planned trip. I can say the process was hassle-free and easy. His friend, Mr Khairul was kind enough to be our Chauffeur and even guide us; gave some pointers during the short journey when crossing over from Singapore to JB. The vehicle driven was in good condition, the service is very good and they are always ready to assist in times of need.
