Mok Mok Brunch & Bistro

Initially wasnt supposed to dine here. Just passed by. But ended up having a excellent dining experience. The service is very good. It just made you felt at home. The food is good but a bit pricey. Anyway the service and environment are very good justifying the price. The place is very photogenic.

The desert pancake is a must have. My son's birthday is few days away, so i asked for a candle. When they knew about this, they immediately gave my son a surprise by turning on a birthday song and a free slice of cake.

Great service & food - especially their desserts. Ambience of the restaurant is great, and their service staff are top notch. Their main dishes are good, but their side dishes & desserts are the things that makes me want to come again soon.

If you come here, do order their Souffle (named Kumo Ultimos) and Onion Chips. The rest are secondary. Their Souffle has a cooking time of 20mins, so factor that into your waiting time.

The place is superbly decorated, with an amazing ambience. It’s not too bright nor too dim, not too cold neither is it too warm. Extremely cosy place to just sit and enjoy your meal.

I ordered the beef burger with wedges. Although I ordered my meat medium, it came pretty well done. However the burger tasted good with the sauces and ingredients used. The wedges were lightly drizzled with sour plum powder and the dipping sauce was a right kind of savoury and spicy.

Service was fast and polite. Highly recommended cafe for you to try and would definitely come back.

Amazing food and just as amazing service! Ordered a beef tenderloin rice bowl and it was super flavorful with the furikake seasoning in the rice! The beef was juicy and cooked perfectly definitely recommend their green tea sea salt milk foam as it's really refreshing and not too sweet. The service is really top notch and the staff are always on hand to serve. Our first burger came undercooked and they promptly prepared a new set, with the staff and also the boss personally apologizing for the mistake. The boss additionally offered a bowl of fruits and even a 10% discount on the bill which made the experience really good!

Very cosy and nice warm cafe to chill and enjoy your meal. Service staffs were all very friendly. Food was good just that for the Calamari batter were abit hard hard the type. Love the fried onion ring! It's yummmm.

We ordered Unagi Rice Bowl and Salmon Rice Bowl for our mains. They are very generous with noth Unagi and Salmon. The salmon is so thickly sliced!

For sides have chix karaage, prolly one of the best I have had thus far. Very generous too for the price, no fridge smell, crispy and nice! The Gyoza was good too. Just that the sauce on the side was too oily for me, but eating without the sauce is still nice anyway

For the drink we had Mystic magic, love the smell and the taste and Galactic Dream. The Galactic Dream changes colour after we put in the “potion” taste fresh and nice.

Staffs are friendly and nice too! Food was served very promptly. All in all, awesome place to have your meal at ❤

Great food, love the place decorated in flowers, brought a blissful ambience. Service was good, except one of the girls was a bit sluggish, but i assume she was in training probably new, so I'll give it a pass. The manager/owner, kept checking up on us to make sure we're okay.

My must-go cafe whenever I visit JB. Love their onion fries; self concocted chilli dipping and definitely a must try is their moustache cheese tea Earl Grey and green tea are our favourite. Soufflé and the salmon noodles are also delectable. Warm and friendly staff too.k

Kumo Ultimo pancake is a must try! The pancake is so fluffy and it compliments well with a scoop of Vanilla ice cream! Good to share with 3 persons.
Onion Chips (strips) looked like fried calamaria with tentacles. Visually appealing but (I think) it is vegetarian. However too much of it can be too heaty..
The place is good for dates, groups, family. Very good ambience with warm lightning.
Toilets are clean and stylish. Price is affordable.

Interior of the cafe is very pretty, kind of like a greenhouse. Service was good, and the mains we ordered were delicious, esp the pancakes. We also ordered sides (fries and calamari) but they were not very impressive. The cafe is around 10 mins away from JB City Square via Grab, so really convenient to get to. Will def visit again!

4. Gyoza texture is great and go very well with the accompanying sauce
5. Salmon rice bowl the salmon is pan fried to perfection with crispy skin while the meat still remain tender and juicy
6. Fried chicken burger the whole chicken thigh "patty" is well seasoned and very flavorful!! the brioche bun have a good crunch to it but it is a tad too oily.
7. Gula melaka black tea milk foam blew me away!! The milk foam is made with sea salt and it compliment the sweeten black tea so well.

Ordered both the salmon rice bowl and fried chicken burger and both were really good. Salmon portion was generous with great ingredients which complements it well. Fried chicken tasted fresh and served hot with onion chips. As for drinks, gula melaka black tea milk foam was not too rich and was just right. This whole experience was made complete with the laid back ambience and lush greenery. Triple thumbs up!

Mok Mok Brunch & Bistro is a cafe located in JB. The cafe serves a wide range of food including fried chicken burgers, unagi rice bowl, grilled chic burger, etc. The chicken burgers cost RM 18 while the other dishes were more expensive. Overall, the food served are unique and delicious but the price are costly compared to the other cafes in town. The interior design is very nice. Please be aware that the cafe only accept CASH.

Superb!! Love this bistro! Felt so welcomed when I entered and they’d been greeting every customers consistently. Staff are all so friendly (hopefully not because the boss is there ;p) The unagi bowl is really nice and tasty; they didn’t overdo the sauce and it’s not too sweet or salty for my liking. It’ll be better though if the food is hotter😅 It comes with the salad and wow! I love the dressing and, especially, the fried onions they sprinkle on top; unique and adds to it crunchy bites and flavour. Well done!

The decor is so green and nice; both the furnitures and wall decors, although I don’t know what kind of style it is. Really worth the travel; come over with friends to taste and hang out.

In JB, this is one of the best cafe. Value for money! Must try the soufflé and drinks with salted cream on top. The portion is just right, very refreshing salmon soba. For sides, can try the fried onions, very crispy. Nice ambience 👍🏻

Great chicken bowl and souffle. Large selection of beverages as well. Unagi burger was interesting.. good for those who like unagi. Crab dish was alright!

I love the foods and the drink. Especially the ambience. The cake was really tasty. Will definitely come back to try the other menu. Totally worth the price.
