Very pleasant experience throughout my wife's monthly checkup. The staff, nurses and doctors are very friendly and helpful especially Nurse Priya and Dr Eliza. Frankly haven't at all felt as if I'm lost, out of place and not sure about what should I be doing/going to next when I'm in Columbia hospital 😁😁😁😁

Thank you to Dr Farzana and team for the consultation and good services for the 4 days here. My son was admitted due to mycoplasma pneumonia. The nurses were so kind and friendly. The hospital is good for its hospitality and Dr Farzana give a good explanations about my son's condition as well. The room is so clean and tidy. The food also surprisingly delicious.

I’m very happy and satisfied with my gynae Dr Eliza and her assistant, Ms Priya for explaining everything in details. Even though i had to do emergency czer, everything was smooth and fine

Walk in to ED on Sunday evening at 11pm, staff is very friendly and fast in response. Doing a few check with doctor and admitted to ward in less than an hour.

Warded for 3 days in a single room here, this is all my honest opinion:

Doctor: Dr. Tee Shin Kuan who’s very friendly and giving a good vibes even though I’m in pains.
Nurses: I’ll say that all nurses very committed in doing their work. They also very polite and full of courtesy when come in to room for vital checks and give medicine. Did not catch any nurses name but overall all doing good job.
Room service: Foods are okay. Didn’t expect much as this is hospital food but still got taste. Not a plain food. Plus point here they coming a day advance for you to choose your menu for next day.
Housekeeping: Very good. They coming to clean my room every morning.

Overall, I have a good stay in here. Will come back for a follow up session. Thank you

Came for my son's lung infection treatment. His Doctor was Dr. Farzana (Pediatrics). Gave him the best care and treatment for my son. The nurses here are caring and helpful. Excellent customer service

My father was admitted to the ward on July 19. Since these three days, the treatment given to my father has been very good. I am very satisfied with the treatment of the doctor and also the support staff. The food ordered is also prepared cleanly and with quality.

Doctor Hazli explained everything well before any treatments.

They patiently listen to the patient's discomfort and provide appropriate solutions. The patient is always crowded, but there are no missing orders, and thank you for delicate work.

22/1 until 25/1 I was here for my orthopaedic surgery under Dr Sem treated my left hand wrest, my surgery went very well, all nurses cared very well , secondly admitted at the same week 27/1 for influenza😆😂 Twice got admitted here , Dr. Harpreet treated me , also concern on me very well , service was superb , food here also good , tried all meals these weeks, this hospital really so neat and clean compared to other private hospital, please maintain it , thanks for everything 🙏🏻

Kudos to Dr Farzana and team for the proffesionals and good services for the 14 days here. My son was admitted due to pulmonary infection. The nurses were so kind and friendly. The hospital is good for its hospitality and Dr Farzana give a good explanations about my son's condition as well. The room is so clean and tidy. The food also surprisingly good. However if i could give an opinion, i would suggest a free parking fees for us (guardian) and not only RM5 discount. Thank you.

Dr Eliza is a very good doctor who is very assuring and patient, explaining everything with good details. Nurse Priya who was in charge that day is a very friendly and positive energy, makes one feel so much less stressful. Tq.

For physiotherapy Miss Aidah focus on the thorough curriculum, engaging teaching methods, and practical applications of knowledge. Be specific about positive experiences and outcomes. And the food was great.
