Fraser Place Puteri Harbour

As a guest who recently stayed at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour Hotel from 23 -25 December , I am delighted to share my excellent feedback about the hotel. The service provided by the hotel staff was outstanding, and their hospitality made my family feel truly welcome. They were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable.

The food at the hotel was delicious and there was a wide variety to choose from. I thoroughly enjoyed every meal, and there was always an abundant selection. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The facilities were well-maintained, and the rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy.

What impressed me the most was the efficiency and neatness of the entire crew. They were fast in responding to any requests I had and maintained excellent posture throughout. It truly made a difference in the overall experience. I am a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend Fraser Place Puteri Harbour Hotel to others looking for a fantastic place to stay.

Such a posh and pretty place. The manager upgraded our room when he found out that we were celebrating our anniversary. The place is clean and extremely beautiful. The breakfast was also very delicious and had a variety. Will definitely be coming back here

Love this place! Out from the city and it work for us. I felt so peaceful and the view with the balcony is Amazing just what I need.Breakfast is good so many choices. It near to Legoland too. Will definitely come again. I'm in to hotel not apartment type where everything is there for us!

Check-in & check-out was fast. Friendly & polite staff. Room is spacious, clean & modern look. The toilet is big & so is the bathtub. The water pressure is strong. Love the smell of the shampoo, hair conditioner & shower gel provided. The kitchen is well equipped with induction cook top, oven & basic utensils. And the best part is they even have 2-in-1 washing machine & dryer!! So convenient to wash & dry our clothes after swimming!! Overall, it was a pleasant & wonderful stay. We will be back again definitely!!

I want to express my appreciation for May's outstanding customer service and coordination. I initially emailed a request for birthday decorations during our stay, and although I was advised at check-in to remind the concierge on the third day, I forgot. To my surprise, May took the initiative and sent a text seeking permission to proceed with the decorations. Her proactive approach and attention to details truly enhanced our experience.

I’d like to extend my gratitude to the staff member who assisted with a room type change during our check-in, though I regrettably didn’t catch his name.

The cleanliness of the room could however be improved though (e.g. removable rust stains of toilet basin, dirty and dusty balcony window and stained towels which shouldn’t be reused)

Guards open doors for guests. Professional guest service at check-in. Fast elevators. Unblocked view from the swimming pool deck. Breezy balcony from my room. Has washing machine and powder. Bathtub and showers. However, limited and boring tv channels.

Best of the best hotel. Second time here and definitely won't be the last!!! The service from the staffs (valet guy and receptionist) are excellent.

The room is clean and nice. Just, amazing.

Nice place to relax and enjoy the sea view from the balcony.there's washing machine with dryer in the room.Room was big and clean.breakfast was ok but need to stock up food and tidbit before coming here as this place is far from shop and foodcourt..

Bilik sangat cantik dan selesa! Sesuai untuk keluarga. Room was clean and comfortable. Ruang tamu yang luas dan ada koridor. Sebelah hard rock cafe and ada mart berdekatan.

Friendly staff, request for extra laundry bag and surprisingly so fast delivery to room yaa. The kitchen is well equipped and have washing & dryer machine too wow impressive!

Clean bathroom & has a good quality brands for shower gel sets. Breakfast semua sedappppp! And safety 💯

Bloody fantastic room. How can a hotel room that has a washer/drier machine and full kitchen stove and bowls and cutleries with good cold AC and clean bathroom and good shower pressure + temperature control + good smelling scented sprays and good quality shower gel and a proper balcony be priced so cheap?!

Seriously nothing to complain about. Breakfast spread is extensive though nothing fancy or high quality.

Check-in was smooth, use of room card for carpark exit and access was ingenious and even the rooms corridor was lit so you dont feel creeped out at night.

Only downside is that theres nothing around the vicinity which is no fault of theirs. But no matter if you have a car.

Seriously will recommend and return

Very good value for money hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Walkable distance for restaurants and grocery stores. Short 6 to 8 mins drive to legoland

The hotel is slightly out of the way if you want to stay within the city centre. But its great if you're headed to Legoland.

I like that the rooms are clean, and the price is not exorbitant. Rooms are furnished with a small kitchenette and a washer and dryer. So far, no molds in bathroom!

There are a few eateries within the area, which are walking distance. I would recommend this place if you're ever headed to JB.

I think this is one of the better hotel I stayed in Johor Bahru.
It's clean, cosy with all required amenities and very satisfying with the check in, check out and housekeeping.

Our favorite place to stay when visiting Malaysia. Having a washer with dryer function(2-in-1) is a must have for us when travelling with kids. Breakfast has a good variety including fresh squeezed orange juice. They serve Halal food but has a good range of Chinese food (noodle soup, porridge and Siew Mai). We give the swimming pool a miss as the water looks abit cloudy. Service is good overall. Has a few eateries nearby.

Excellent hotel with all the amenities. The room was awesome, no complaints. Free breakfast is worth the money with so much of variety. Staffs were very friendly. Location wise, not too far from Legoland, price wise worth staying here compared to the Legoland resort. Overall no regrets and strongly recommend this place for those who are planning to stay near legoland.

We checked in late, but the staff at the counter was helpful. We took a 2 bed room apartment, and it was spacious and comfortable. Parking was abit confusing as we wanted to use valet parking, but we were told it was full. They allowed us to park at the lower valet area, however we have to park it ourself. But we were charged valet fees. Overall will be back.

Booked a room for 2 nights. Very comfortable & clean room. They even have a small kitchen. Parking is free. The frontline staff are friendly. Overall I really enjoy staying here.
