KSL Hot Spring Resort

Rooms are great, meticulously cleaned before releasing to the next guests.
The front desk and runner(s) are quite polite and efficient despite it being my 2nd visit.

Upon checking in, there was a minor issue in the bathroom which was resolved within minutes when I highlighted it.
A hotel that's of great value if you're looking for a quiet spot, the noises from the nearby traffic at anytime of the day are barely audible.
The only improvement required is the regular maintenance of their room landline which mysteriously has some issues requiring a physical visit to the front desk to be resolved.

Overall, still a highly recommended place to stay if you prefer a quiet environment.
The standards of their customer service are also one of the best

Stayed overnight in suite @ lvl 18. Clean spacious room with cold aircon and hot water. The mini bar fridge has to be switched on before use; energy efficient. Good 3 star hotel.
Could do with better security? Free parking = no gantry = free access
Lifts do not require tapping of room card. Anyone can enter and go to any floor.

I enjoyed my stay there. Nice and friendly staff. Clean and well kept environment. Lift provided on every floor. Suitable for disable guests except for a strong Stainless Steel railings inside the bathroom. In general it's worth every penny spent. Thanks.

The price is cheap for a twin room.

The room is clean and well ventilated.

The staff is kind and check-in was smooth.

The sauna room is working, but the hot springs aren't hot enough.

In 2019 we came here, the service was good and awesome. The rooms are fantastic and that is why we came back here 15-16 September 2023 to have a good rest. But unfortunately we experienced a bad bad very bad situation when theres no water int he toilet. We are unable to shower or wash our face. When we called the reception, she was very impolite. We flared up and requested to get another room when we almost want to check out. Its very hassle that we need to changed room and according to her, their water tank is having problem. But the way she served and informed us was very very rude. We will never ever want to come here again or recommend to our family members. We are frequent traveller and yes we will never ever come here again.

The room is nice and clean. The service to check in the hotel is also fast. Overall the experience is great

Great value hotel our go to whenever we wanted to stay overnight after a long day of shopping. Staff are always friendly n nice, we always go for the premier room that comes with a nice bathtub and sofa for us to hang out. The best part is u have to visit the hotspring at 8pm, very comfortable and good for children. Overall super value for money!

My 2nd time here. Previously, the hotspring was open from morning till night but now open only from 8pm to 10pm. Reasonable price because inc breakfast. The pool was nice, just slightly deep for a kid compared to another hotel. U have to walk a bit to go to the pool and cafe. The parking is free, at the same level as the lobby. The room was just nice, asked for a connecting room, and they managed to organise it.

The hotel comes with ample parking lot. Room is clean and dust free. The only drawback is that it's quite a distance to the shopping malls. A good hotel to stay if you need to visit the JPJ in the morning.

The nearest hotel to KPJ Specialist Bandar Dato Onn. 7 min by car and the traffic was not busy on friday & saturday. There are warung next to the hotel that serve the best nasi goreng daging merah, nasi goreng paprik and teh tarik. Petronas petrol pump is also nextdoor. I was given the top floor which is floor 20 and the night view was awesome. Everything in the room looks like brand new. The hotel lobby is huge and modern. The only setback is the parking area. It was dark as there was not enough lighting. As I came back late from KPJ and dropped by the warung to buy my dinner, I was quite scared to park my car far from the hotel lobby entrance.

Value for money place to stay although location can be a bit out

Located a bit far from the city centre.. but you can get things easily around here. Nice and spacious room. It has sauna, three pools of hot spring with different level of temperature as well as swimming pool and good breakfast.

It's been a while since i last stayed here.
Due to weekend, i did not want to be in city center to avoid traffic.

I loike the room facing the street and it's also high floor.
1. Check in was done smoothly.
2. Had a minor incident with my toilet, however, the maintenance person was quick to rescue the situation. TQ mr Maintenance.
3. Ample parking space.

Just checked in and had a most positive experience with the friendly and helpful reception staff like Zuria and more so specially the Duty manager Sahar who was very understanding of our family situation and assisted well. He was even the one who came up personally to settle the safe boxes that were not working. With such dedicated customer service. I look forward to the next few nights of stay!
