Special mention of Ms Indra at counter 9 for her initiative to approach me to attend to my banking needs. Prior to this, I was standing near a specific counter when my queue # was called but there was another customer at that counter with unfinished transactions which took more than 5 mins. Ms Indra's initiative helped to settle my banking task swiftly without which i would be late for another appointment.

Our first visit to the branch on 22 Jan was to open an account wuth RHB Bank. In spite of spending over 2 hours there, we weren't successful in opening the account due to a system glitch. We were disgruntled and unhappy for the time wasted! Still, Ms Aniza served with a smile, she was calm, professional and patient. 😄👍

We decided to try a second time on 15 Feb and we were served by the same staff Ms Aniza. Thankfully, our account was opened!
