Love the staff at this JB Branch! They are all so cheerful and helpful, always wearing smiles on their faces! The manager there, Cik Nur Hashikin, first impressed me when she managed to tackle the interest problem for me year's back. Well, somehow one of my fixed deposit interest wasn't credited to my account. She managed to get it back for me! Since then l know l could rely on her and indeed during COVID period, she helped handled all my Fixed Deposits renewals just by a phone call! Thanks Cik Nur! And for sure you lead a good team/ staff under you! If indeed l withdraw my Fixed Deposits, it's definitely not because you all aren't good enough, rather because other banks offer better rates! Also they provide online fixed deposit service that sure helps a lot! Hope Bank Rakyat would have this online service very soon!

Experience a very good services provided by the staff from Bank Rakyat Johor Bahru. The processing of work is very fast and systematic. It shows contrast to the branch in Larkin perdana. I’ve been waiting for awhile and after that the staff say the system is down and can’t complete the task. I’m very confuse that how is the system can down during the operation day? That is a critical problem for the image/ performance of the bank and its wasting customer’s Time! After this i go to Johor Bahru Branch. I know that the staff is rushing for praying but they still stay to service me. It’s very touching and hope that the authorizes can give a recognition for the staff in Bank Rakyat Johor Bahru Branch.
