CIMB Bank @ Jalan Segget

I just go here for card renewal, before i go i saw that a lot of negative comment regarding service they provide. So I do online appointment and walk-in. So far all staff are friendly and helpful. I don't know why doesn't same like other comments, maybe they already improve their service. For mw I'm satisfied with their service. Less than 1 hours done already. Thanks for CIMB staff. Appreciate ur effort and service. Very good

Went in the morning to open a savings account. Application was made online prior to branch visit.

I don’t understand the bad review. Open on time at 9.15am, the staff are all friendly and very helpful.

Great service by Asnah Jaberi👍👍 She was very helpful, friendly and hard working. CIMB should give her a promotion due to her hard work. Very difficult to get this service now a days. So thankful she service us. Outlet : Johor Bahru CIMB
