I went to this brunch last week, the customer service quite nice and helpful. So today I come to open my bank account (FYI I'm Indonesian with Malaysian spouse visa and working permit ) as I promised with the customer service.

I went there attend with different customer service. I told her I want to open new bank account, she was excited I'm opening account there not until I showed my Indonesian passport. Her face totally change. After checking my visa, she said I cannot open the account because I don't have working permit visa. I showed her my working permit. She told me I still cannot open bank account because I don't have working permit status or student visa on my visa 🙄🙄. I ask her anything I can do so I can open new bank account there. She said nothing she can do to help me.

I'm so disappointed with today service.

The customer service is quite NOT helpful throughout the process of renewing my debit card. It took more than 1 hour to renew my card. I came here today at 1:06PM and haven't get my replacement card after one hour. Such a disappointing services. Should consider other branch. To the bank manager, please improve staff efficiency.

Kakak pakai cermin mata duduk dekat kaunter yg nk bagi nombor biadab gila.. Kau keje bank je pon bukan bank tu kau punya...dua kali minta borang , boleh plk dia sound2 customer. Dua kali saya ckp nk kemaskini and buat pengeluaran dividen asb. Then dia ckp x pyh borang, pergi kaunter kene ada borang plk. Bila mintak balik kat dia boleh nak sound2 plk...nasib saya bkn jenis nak viral2 kn...kalau x muka kau dah popular. Kalau x ikhlas nk keje jangan keje, ramai fresh grade yg struggle nk cari kerja.. Nama x perasan plk td tp muka saya ingat sampai bila2. Tgk muka mcm bdk baru dpt keje. Kau duduk dekat customer service muka jangan masam sgt. Klu x reti nk layan orang baik2, maknanya kau x sesuai kerja related to customer service. Ni dapat keje pakai cable ke apa?

Bad service. Tempat dah lawa sebab bandar kan tapi kalau compared to Bandar Baru Uda punya branch, macam langit dan bumi. Masuk bank, bahagian kaunter pertanyaan takde orang. Takpela maybe rehat. Tapi at least pegawai tepi tu bagitau la duduk dulu ya. Orang takde. Ni tak. Dia buat tak nampak. Kita tak nak melulu tanya sebab dia ada customer. Tapi kalau orang ada common sense, nampak cust masuk boleh sapa cakap tunggu dulu ke apa ke kot. Ingat boleh selesai urusan setempat sebab alang alang pergi UTC tapi patah balik la ke BBU takde sakit hati macam ni. Palau orang macam apa entah perangai. Attitude tak cantik sistur!

Ada sorans staff kaunter perempuan, biasanya dok kaunter 4, muka memang ketat semacam. Suara mcm keluar tak keluar bila berckp. Tak minat kerja kaunter, banyak lagi yang sudi ganti tugasan kamu.

Poor customer service. Ada 1 staff ni layan macam nak tak nak je dekat kaunter 5. Nak kerja buat cara nak kerja. Banyak lagi fresh grad yang struggle tengah cari kerja dekat luar sana. Nasib aku tak upppercut muka dia semalam eehh. Langsuir betul lah!
