Lavender Bakery

Although the LG basement level of the Southkey Mall was crowded with shoppers and dinners, this outlet stood out from its neighbors and competitors. Oh my, the sights capturing your eye and the kaleidoscope of smells of freshly baked pastries, bread and cakes One of the best bakeries in this part of Southeast Asia.

I visited this famous bakery well known for their freshly baked goods, definitely an enticing and lip smacking experience. This outlet serves many varieties of bread that's fresh from the oven daily. Recommended to try the chicken pot pie. It's to die for. Other breads you should try are the Mexican coffee bun, the chocolate banana pastry and the otak otak bun. Pricing is fairly expensive and expect a long queue for the cashier. Many locals and Singaporeans like to throng this establishment to get their favourite bread.

Many great varieties of fresh bread, my favourite is the baguette that is baked everyday! But wow... the queue... is sometimes killer. Sometimes it goes all the way outside the shop. I guess that speaks for how good the bread is!

A nice bakery with a wide variety of breads, cakes, and pastries. They also sell local Pandan Kaya and Jam in small jars 😋

There is one within JB City Square mall at Sentral (Opp JB CIQ).

A bigger branch can be found in the Mid Valley Southkey mall at LG-031. You can get more varieties of french breads like baguettes, croissants and pain aux raisins, their own designer breads like Luo Song (croissant looking), Xiao Ge Ge (a thin strip of soft butter cake) and Pandan cake, and other beautifully decorated cakes.

Definitely the top spot for tourists from SG, considering it is rather expensive now in the outlets in Singapore - at almost double the price..

It does always sport a long queue though, so do be prepared to queue when headed to bakery - but rest assured it’s well worth every minute 👍🏻

I have always Iike Lavender bakery. But the spicy tuna I bought this time tasted somewhat different. Wondering if they have changed the recipe or is it the branch.

Wide range of reasonably priced bread and pastries. Not the largest outlet in malls but decent enough. Usually a crowd and stock runs out fast. Check out the custom cakes.

Really like this bakery, like any other Lavenders around Malaysia, just at a much bigger and more premium scale. Do grab the buns and the cakes, especially if it's for breakfast or for an event. It's very prominently located at the basement of the huge mall, somewhere in the middle of everything. Just walk through, and you shouldn't miss it!

Spoilt for choices in this bakery. Most importantly taste is delightful. Love it! 😃👍🏼

Lovely spread of delicious bread, tarts and cakes! Famous for their pastries, a must stop for all who would like something nice for breakfast and tea!
