Great Room, restaurant under Holiday Inn Express & Suites Johor Bahru

Been here total of 6 nights this year. From double to single to suite. Good and clean. Professional receptionists. Good room service. Try their bar’ WIFI IS VERY GOOD. I CAN WORK FROM HOTEL. Will continue to book this hotel in future. In JB - just go for this or Capri. Won’t go wrong!!!

This hotel is suitable for business travellers and families too. The rooms are clean, they might not be spacious but if you need more space you can book the 1 or 2 bedroom suites.

The front staff are excellent and extremely pleasant

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed so far. The room was very clean, the breakfast was nice, all the staffs were very kind and helpful. The shuttle bus was really helpful also (one of the reasons why I chose this hotel in the first place). Will come back for sure. 10 out of ten!

Good value for money hotel in city center. Very near most of the malls and good food to eat. Lovely breakfast provided and their housekeeping service was top notch and very friendly. Free parking but if you come after midnight parking might be full. Have to park at the open car park next to the hotel. Overall, good value for money.

At first the air condition in the room was not working but they were very nice to let us change room. Love that the toilets and rooms were really clean. Location is secluded but they have a shuttle to city square. It is also near the sultan's hse so it is pretty safe. Great stay for groups and family if you are jus looking for somewhr clean to stay for the night.

It was a last minute booking. Burton was very accommodating and helpful with our special requests. All the staff were friendly and smiles all around. The room we stayed in has great decor, spacious. Very modern, clean and contemporary. Would definitely stay there again.

Friendly receptionist. Smooth check-in and check out. Parking available easily nearby the entrance. Newly refurbished & rebranded hotel. Good price for a family suite (two bedrooms). Adequate size bathroom & WC. Adequate toiletries. The suite comes with microwave & fridge plus sofa bed in the living room so you fit 5 occupants easily. We chose this hotel over any homestay apartment (cheaper option) to avoid all the hassle to check in, get the keys and parking of an apartment.
My kids loved it as they get to have their own TV in the bedroom. Although the overall size of the suite is kinda compact but hey, we just want to have a comfortable rest without any hanky panky.
The total price includes breakfast as well so, clearly this one is our favorite in JB.

We booked a room of 6 beds for a short weekend-stay. Clean and comfy room. For breakfast, my pick would be the delicious and flaky croissants. Well done, chef! Overall, we had a pleasant stay in JB Swiss-Inn.

Very satisfied with the service. Staffs very friendly and helpful. Hotel carpark available. Shuttle transport available between hotel to JB CIQ for free. Easy for anyone want a short shopping spree in Singapore at the evening. Room cleanliness and interior are excellent. Suitable for people looking for peaceful and calm environment in their stay as their location far from busy city street.

Nice hotel, comfortable bed, free gym but need to register, included breakfast, fast WiFi, got snooker so that kids can play, huge lobby with Christmas tree and many chair to sit at the lobby. Nice staff too. Security is good

We were in Swiss Inn Johor Bahru from 10th Sept to 12th Sept 2019.
We felt so welcome when we stepped in the hotel. It was our first try at this so called international hip hotel and I must say it did lived up to it's name.
Staffs were friendly and helpful especially to the drivers, Rashdy and Nazrul.
Shuttle service(drop off/pick up)provided by the hotel makes it all convenient for us to go to places that we wanted.
Room was clean and well kept, liked the facilities very much.
Liked the idea of having that background music played on the corridor, cool songs
Loved the vibrant colors of the corridor and room.
Found out later that each floor has got different color themes, kudos to that.
We will certainly be back again.
Once again, thanks to all the staffs that made our stay a pleasant one.

Value for money. Clean and cosy room. Good location too, walking distance to kota raya and city square/komtar. Shuttle bus is provided by the hotel and i would recommend taking Grab back to the hotel at night as the area is quite secluded.

The good place to stay, nice and clean. The price also affordable. 1 night is not enough to stay here. The foods is superb ❤

We stayed 2 nights here, the room is comfortable for the price. But we really had a great time thanks to the hospitality and friendliness of all the staff at the hotel. Thank you. Will stay again if in JB city.

I love this place!! I have stayed here for 3 times! Everytime the quality of the room remains. Strong wifi, clean sheets, filled with amenities and a good shower head! Free gym and a good breakfast!

The room is quite small and there is no suitable place to put your baggage. Not recommended to stay in the same room for 2 persons and above.
Food during breakfast is excellent with local and western availability.
It is located very near to Utc Johor Bahru and City Square.

Room is small but cozy due to practical design, suitable for solo/duo traveller. 5 mins walking (via parking L3/L4) to Persada Johor. 10 mins walking to JB Night Market. 15 mins walking to JB City Square & KOMTAR.

Love the rooms. We booked the one with 2 bedrooms. Spacious for my family of 4 adults and a baby. Will surely come back here again.

Room is spacious. Facilities are good. 5mins drive from city square mall. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will come back if I am in Johor Bahru again.
