Staff very friendly, decent room comfortable for couple. They have Socar, so we could just grab one when we decided to go on a sightseeing at night. Breakfast is good enough for the price we paid. Good value

Price increases if you book late or during weekends. Bed can feel the springs...
Just next to mall and many shop houses.
Breakfast is ok with varieties.

Hotel room is clean and well maintained. It is a good location whereby opposite is the shopping mall and easy access to find restaurants for good food.

Very recomended.. All staff are friendly expecially hotel Manager very beautiful and humble. Breakfast, lunch and dinner also improved a lot compare Last time.. Keep it up... For sure recomended to all my singapore family members

Their gym is under renovations now (July 2023) but they have a temporary gym which opens from 8am to 8pm daily. The temporary gym is only a container box with one Threadmill and one weight machine. It only has one fan and isn’t air conditioned. Their receptionist Aqilah was very kind to help me inform housekeeping to extend its opening hours to 10pm So I give five stars for service. Location is great as there is a big shopping mall located within walking distance

There is a supermarket in front of the hotel, it is Aeonmall, it is very useful. I really enjoy the bed it's really soft,cozy, and comfortable. I also love the details in the hotel. So I think this fantastic hotel deserves four stars.

My family and I arrived at the hotel slightly before 12pm on 22 December 2022. We spoke to Ms Batrisyia, from the Front Office if we could check in during that time. She checked and the rooms were readily available for us to check in. We would like to thank her for kind assistance and hospitality rendered to us during our stay.

Cozy, clean and well maintained hotel room. housekeeping was a little slow as its fully occupied over the weekend. Full toiletries provided and loved the rain shower!

Breakfast spread has quite a range; with cereals, pastry, porridge, western, fried bee hoon and nasi lemak, etc...

Great location opposite Aeon Bukit Indah mall, has basement parking, next to mcd, with burger king drive thru.

Car wash/ detailing shops, hair salons and massage places nearby...
Not many halal food options nearby at night but there is one Indian store about 5mins walk.. with burger ramly and satay cart stalls nearby...

Slightly lengthy post ahead but hope this sharing helps.

Booked 5 nights here for 2-pax room.

First day itself within hours, had a few unpleasant experiences about room condition - in the end needed to change room twice.

2nd room still had problems, decided to approach the manager/leader Ms Yvonne who was so efficient and helpful.
She upgraded me to a better room and I’m beyond thankful.

Subsequently I was even followed up by her fellow manager/leader Ms Diana, who was equally amazing.

Both also did some sweet gesture as an apology to the previous unsatisfactory events.

Without them, in all honesty I was going to put a low rating for this place but because of the 2 professional and tip-top female leaders, I forgo all the previous issues.

5 stars rating is especially decided to them!

Otherwise, twin-sharing bedroom with queen bed was comfortable to stay for such long days.
Breakfast was decent as well with new dishes every morning.

Would still recommend this place for a casual stay unless you demand 5-star standards for everything.

Bottom line - good staff and employees surely makes a hotel stay better, not just the environment itself.

Very good hotel to stay at. Simple, comfortable, conducive, convenient. Have been staying at this hotel for business trips since 2014, and still our top choice. In fact they have improved over the years, now providing better toiletries. The breakfast buffet has a decent spread and all are quite delicious.

Had a stay in hotel Granada with my husband. The experience was superb! Comfortable, clean and bright. I can sleep very well at night. Comfy pillow, quiet, and beautiful views 👍🏻 Would love to stay here again

This is my always to go hotel in JB. They do included decent breakfast in their room booking. Not much hotel doing this without add on charge. Staffs are warmth and friendly. Although hotel is a bit old, but cleanliness still maintain at good level. I have a good night sleep here. Location is convenience, 5 mins walk to Aeon mall bukit indah, got nice Korean restaurant here and after 9pm got delicious lok lok truck in front of public bank. I have a memorable stay here. Will come back again.

EXCELLENT HOTEL OVERALL!!! Great location; great staff and management; very clean and great food! Have been to a lot of hotels in Asia for the last few weeks and this is by far, the best one we have ever stayed. The room is spacious and very clean - with hardwood floor; washroom has no bad smell. A lot of variety for breakfast and very friendly service. The dinner and lunch are delicious and very reasonably priced ($10 for two people)! The location too is very central so using grab or taxi is very reasonable. The mall is just across the street. For anyone with a tight budget - we highly recommend this hotel! We got excellent value for our money! Thank you Hotel Granada for an unforgettable weekend in Johor!

The hotel looked nice and clean. It is conveniently located across from aeon. The rooms were spacious, but the walls were quite thin. There was some grit and dust on top of the bed spread, but otherwise alright. Breakfast was decent, but there's always a 24hr McDonald's next door.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Best service experience from any hotel in the recent years - Management and staff would consistently go out of their way to meet any and all needs that we had during our stay. Great location - across a mall; shops and services are also walking distance and very central. Food was great with a variety of selection for breakfast and very affordable and delicious lunch and dinner entree. The room is very clean (deluxe queen) with hard wood floors. And excellent wifi

Very comfortable hotel, opposite Aeon for the finicky, makes the best of its stars. It isn't budgety but it's value for money. Rooms are well appointed but not lavishly, and the little touches of a personal care kit, shampoo and soap dispenser make you want to shower and self. Then again, you're in town with family for family or business or catch up with friends, not so much to pamper yourself. Go early to get a basement carpark else go to the back to park in the grassy patch of land. Good place for a wedding or seminar. Breakfast is nothing to write home about, oh, I just did.
