GBW Hotel

Convenient location. Rooms were near although quite dated. We don't mind that at all. Have a pool area. easy to access food places just walking distances. Good receptions and Juan in particular was very outstanding in his customer service; he was apologetic for things that weren't his fault. He was very helpful to help with what we wanted. Will recommend this place to others.

We didn’t have a room, rather a meal at the restaurant on the second floor .
Negotiating our way from the parking garage was a bit of a struggle as we ended up having to take the service elevator and asking several people where the restaurant was . After finding our way there , we found the restaurant full of happy knowledgeable staff that performed their tasks and interacted with people quite well . Being a buffet style, I did not expect a good quality. I was wrong . The food was traditional and of good quality . Food safety standards were being met , and all the staff performed quite well . I would recommend this location for a large gathering.

Overall i happy with this hotel.. parking okay, buffet food for both nice.. especially their parmesan lasagna.. they arrange the table so no need to worried if no table.. check in and check out also fast.. the room was really spacious.. clean.. all facility can use (pool&gym).. will repeat again if have promo like this again in the future..

The Hotel was quiet old but I guess suits with a proverbs says old but gold 👍🏻.. Suitable for Couples and family with a lot of facilities provided such as Swimming Pool, Gym and shuttle to JB sentral. The staff were very Friendly but the not so good part were some of the function in the room is a little bit old. 7/10 for me

Recently had company dinnet take place in here at hall level 6, good setup and had well management, the sales person is friendly, easy to deal with

My stay this time was a lot more comfortable. My room was upgraded to Exec Twin Room due to certain reasons and i experienced a bigger room, spacious and cozy enough. There were kitchen hall, tv hall and designated room with twin bed. Very nice. For dine in room service, i don't get enough change of RM1 but it's ok. Just the staff should be a lot more sensitive to check whether customer received enough balance. Takpe, sy anggap sedekah. Toilet was clean and tidy. Water pressure and drainage were good. If can add more tv channels, it will be great. Breakfast selection was satisfying. Always consider to stay here again.

The hotel is decent but the service is excellent plus its strategic location near the border. There is a newly open food court with lots of food within walking distance from the hotel that serves pretty good food but at Sg price. Overall I don't mind coming again

The toilet room is dirty have cigarettes butt and clogged.the poolside have cigarette butts

This hotel is very good to stay...but should have iron n iron board in every room..

Was there yesterday evening for high tea function.Good environment. Tasty food. Good response from staff. Just that they are a slightly late in serving both water and food

Stay this hotel for business trip, room is old style but consider clean. Room environment is good just abit noisy from traffic.

Old but gold.Stayed in 16th floor.they called premium longue.paid very affordable price for one bedroom apartment.the furnitures were old but stylish, well maintained and very clean. Pool is large.they were upgrading the lift& exterior

A friend booked a room here. It was a suite I think. Huge and spacious! There's a tiny kitchenette with microwave oven(so convenient) a kettle, mugs, cups and plates. My room was facing the bridge from CIQ JB to Singapore, very beautiful view. You can see the busy roads of JB. At night it was lit with lights. Really awesome views! I'll definitely come back again!

This building was little old, but the interior was so clean.
A swimming pool was enjoyable, staffs were so friendly and breakfast was so good!
The location is not bad. It tooks about 10mins getting through a pedestrian bridge on foot from JB centre and the immigration. The shuttle buses are also operated from downtown.

Good place to stay, they got swimming pool and a beautiful view from the window. I wish that they can upgrade the ironing room. At least put like an iron hanger to hang clothes.

Friendly staff, big room space, nice view and they do offer a shuttle bus to City Square, Mid Valley. Walking distance to R&F mall.

If you are looking for a staycation, then I strongly recommend GBW hotel. The price are reasonable and the food was delicious too. The rooms are spacious and the toilets are clean. Worth the moneys

Value for money; location is near CIQ, just opposite R&F mall; awesome view of the RTS link (RTS link progress looks really good.. supposedly 3 more yrs to go!).. but no bathtub.. which i thought was published when i booked via agoda 😶
