Was met at the airport by our driver and driven directly to our destination across the border, service was excellent and I would absolutely recommend the service to anyone needing it.

Booked a Taxi from Mersing in Malaysia to Singapore as there were no bus seats available at the time we required.Great communication throughout , our driver shared lots of communications as we were not exactly sure what time the ferry from Tioman would dock.He was there and waiting for us as we walked out of the ferry terminal and whisked us away within minutes back to Singapore. Great service and reasonably priced.

First time trying out their services and definitely will use them again. Overall it has been a very smooth and pleasant ride. For the first trip , the driver is good. Even though he is slightly late due to road traffic conditions, he informed to us promptly. He also shared with us his experience which he advised to take the 2nd link to avoid the morning jam.

First time using sgmytaxi service & genuinely very happy! Price is reasonable for the convenience, and great communication by the team. Our driver Jun is really polite & has great service. He arrived early which was great as we were ready too. He checked the traffic and gave good recommendation. At the customs, he got out of the car & dealt with everything for us - we just had to “show face” to verify ourselves. He helped us with our bags & all in all from hotel out to SG was less than 1 hour. Incredibly impressed, driving was comfortable too and car is new and well taken care of. Highly recommend using their service & will engage them again for sure!

From the start of the booking via WhatsApp till the actual day, everything was smooth sailing and they were very professional and prompt in replying the chat. Driver was very punctual, in fact both driver actually reached pick up location earlier than stated time. Smooth and comfortable ride throughout my destination. Both driver for my disposal was different but they were really knowledgeable, friendly and easy going.
