Not really helpful. Pergi nak tanya balance loan kereta. Ingat nak settle atau macam mana. Tak suggest apa2 pun. Jawab macam nak tanak ja. Layan pelanggan dengan kalut.

I wish to share my recent service experience here, which left me quite dissatisfied. Staff are very slow, as usual. Poor customer service !

We requested angpao during a transaction, but was informed that collection was limited to a specific time and date, creating an inconvenience. To come again other dates, when we come, then was asked to come again at other time.

It's puzzling that a simple request for a red packet is subjected to time restrictions, particularly to wait from 9 am to 10:30 am. If the bank has specific distribution hours, clear communication would be appreciated. Terrible customer service, you simply ask your client to come again and again just to get angpao? Is this really that hard just to give some angpao packet? Pls make things more simple.

I find it weird because it's just a red packet, not some fancy prize. Why make customers wait until 10:30 am if we're there at 9 am for our transaction?
If they don't want to give red packets at certain times, they should just say so. It feels like they keep most of them for their own staff.

Please revise all the staffs in this branch.

Very slow, simple transaction take really long time compared to other bank.

I hope public bank HQ in KL will close this branch. This branch does not bring any benefit other than bad branding & push customer away from making business with PB.

I am luckily that public bank in KL does not have bad services compared to this branch. The gurun branch manager should be terminated as unable to monitor and control the staff behavior.

Saw the youtube video that disabled customer had to come via ambulans just renew atm card

refuse to accept deposit below rm10k, lol this is bank or whatt

okay . harini aku call public bank gurun . perghhh staf lelaki dia kurang ajar . macam mana la public bank boleh hire staf macam ni . ini kalau dekat ni aku cili mulut ko . haih . aku pun banyak kali dengaq selalu dah staf kurang ajaq . kita ni punya la bercakap sopan santun dengan dia . please la tahu etika dengan adab sikit . macam dia sorang terpaling penat dalam dunia ni .
