Spectacular views! Stayed for 2 nights and luckily got corner room with beautiful landscaping without having any tourists passing by nonstop or stopping in front of the doors to selfie or taking photos and we get to enjoy the activities like sight viewing, lay at pool, walking, sky-biking, hiking, jungle trailing until waterfall and peak of Jerai hill to watch sunrise among others. Definitely will come again.

We stay at superior room for 2 nights. We have amazing experience stay in here. The view is stunning. We visit a few attraction here such as strawberry farm and skyview. Strawberry farm offer strawberry dessert and variety of strawberry beverage. The skyview ticket is rm 8 for an adult.

This place is a phenomenal spot to bring friends and family for a holiday. The views here are breathtaking. There is plenty of things to do here there’s a rock climbing wall a ropes course a bicycle on a wire different coffee, places to enjoy the day. Great place to have conferences. The restaurant Buffay is only for big groups and conferences. The meals are quite good. In my opinion if you take the cheaper rooms, they have a better view than the moon are expensive ones that have no view. The more expensive rooms. The only reason why it’s more money is because it’s a larger room. Staff are amazing and very well resourceful, and are always very helpful to answer any of your questions.

We were on a day trip & so there's no comment on the room & service. However, the beautiful scenery depends on the type of weather & we happened to be there during the drizzling day. On sunny day, you should be able to have a very clear & far view.

Excellent staycation and vacation from city hustle. Close to nature and a superb location with a magnificent view for healing. Delicious food, cafe and breakfast with room price. No deposit for the room. Highly recommended escape gateway for couple and family👍🏼👍🏼❤

Nice view from the top. Skyview just opened last month and need to pay RM8 per person. There is 2 coffee shops at the top which is Simple Day Cafe & Jungle Coffee Shop @ Hijau-Hijau Places.

Great place to see the paddy field and ocean view. Have a few interesting at the top i.e. strawberry farm, dinosaur park, archery and paint ball games, waterfall and many more.

I love the scenery soooooo muchhh! However, i think the management needs to do something with the rooms as it looked a bit run-down and need some renovation works. Anyway, the place also provide cafe and restaurant for day trip tourists and guests.

You can come here just to visit and enjoy the environment around and the view from the peak of Mount Jerai. From here you can view the paddy filled plain of Northern Kedah. It is quite cold and windy with the occasional mists. There is also two cafes within the resort. The road going up the mountain is windy, abrupt turns, very steep slopes and full of wild animals. Parking fee is rm5 whereby you park at the main road at the resorts’s entrance.

Just got there at top of Gunung Jerai by our own car and luckily not jam (working day). Nice places for ootd and jerai skyview n cafe nice and affordable..nak bergambar dekat platform kena lg rm10/pax huhu..overall recommended

I just went there to experience the view around the resort. It is very nice and worth it. It's quite challenging for me to park my car because I went there during the weekend. It is crowded with visitors.

I went there really early in the morning. Around 8 am. So the view is great. But if go a bit late might cannot see the view at all since it is already covered by cloud.

This place considered heaven of healings if you overnight at here. The cold temperatures and air quality definitely a plus plus point. Balcony view is incrediblely magnificent if you take room no 201 until 207. Room is small but it's perfect for a family of 3, it's clean and well maintained. Buggy service is available to relocate your baggage if needed. Whole place is surrounded by forest therefore it's normal if you see any insects, wild animals or even snakes. Free buffet breakfirst is given to 2 person per room. Food quality is average and can be better if less flies around.

Great place to visit while you are in Kedah. There is a great viewing platform near the resort and you can take a great photo from there.

Nice place to go for your vacation. Serene and not too busy. And got many others nice place done the hill such as paddyfield and many more

Went there for a short half day road trip. The road was quite zig-zag with many sharp angles turn. Luckily, it was only like a 1.5-hour journey from Alor Setar. Breezy wind on Jerai Hill, and I was very impressed with the nice hydrangea garden. You can see hydrangea everywhere and panoramic views on paddy fields.

Getting up there was really fantastic and best experience. Upon checking in the FO staff was good and explains about the facility available. If you are in-house guests you may park your car near the unit available. Walk to my room the view was so awesome. The fresh air and flowers blooming. Smells Good ! Get in the room - was okay and open the sliding door and the view was good. The restaurant served delicious food local and western.
Evening walk was great with cold cloud running passing by and air was cool.
Night dinner was fantastic- staff are efficient ( Solihin ) great service.
Selection of breakfast was good.
Recommend to all if you love to enjoy
Good view of green’s Padi field from the top and enjoy the sounds of insects and birds chirping.
Please experience yourself and definitely I will come Again.

1st stay at there after 20 years came there 😜 The environment and facilities in good maintenance 20 years later every thing still look well 😊. Only thing very be careful during driving up and down to Jerai Resort some road very narrow need to slow down. Overall stay at there is good 👍🏻 and the breakfasts ok but less choice 😜

The way up is thrilling...but it's worth it...ssuggest to come early in the morning..great view and easy parking if you come in the morning

best time to visit around 9am - 12pm. best view. 🥰👏🏾 quite chilly . 🥶 love it.
