Happy customer here. I contacted Mr Karthie to replace a leaking toilet. He was able to look at my toilet and give me a quote on the next day with a clear explanation of potential problem and how he would fix it. I was able to get clear estimate of labor and parts costs which I appreciated. Mr Karthie and team came the next day to fix it. The whole job completed within 3 hours. They were very careful to keep the work area and passage through my house clean and at every step of the job, he clearly explained and showed me the problem and explained how he would fix it. Some cementing work, cleanup was very good and pleasantly surprised with no leftover debris and cement markings on bowl or floor. Overall a meticulous and neat job. The fixed toilet worked great. I was also surprised to receive a follow up call the next day from Mr Karthie to check-in if the toilet was done satisfactorily. Overall, Mr Karthie is very professional from the enquiry, start through to the completion of the job and i truly appreciated his prompt action to fix my problem. I will be a repeat customer

Kartik is a knowledgable and a professional plumber. However, he does have some issues with tardiness (sometimes, MIA for a few days) due to lack of manpower and perhaps, from accepting too many jobs.

Provided if he can better manage his time, he will likely be the only plumber you'll ever need to call.
