Its an Okay place in my opinion.
If you have plenty of time before your flight, just drop you luggage here and go to KL sentral and enjoy.
Its a bit pricy and they categorize 1 size above, my suitcase is medium but they charged as large.
They have copy and print service also here.

very good service, staff also friendly. less hassle carry heavy bag, leave it to this service. price reasonable too.

The negative reviewed scared me, but everything was fine during our experience. We paid about $25 for a day to keep 4 of our bags. We picked them up 12 hours later, but we did end up paying for a whole day. That makes sense to me. We didnt run across hidden fees when we picked them up.

Si vas a hacer algún vuelo interno y no necesitas todo tu equipaje o necesitas guardar cualquier cosa por poco tiempo esta bien, te saldrá más barato que facturar el equipaje en el avión. Puedes dejarlo en unas estanterías que tienen ellos en una habitación, o puedes dejarlo en una de sus taquillas (más caro). Nosotros dejamos una maleta y no hubo problema alguno. El precio que ponen es de 24h, si lo recoges más tarde de esas 24h desde que lo dejaste, te cobrarán otras 24h.

Seriously so expensive. They only do FULL DAY rate - no partial or hourly rate. So if you want to put your luggage there for 4 - 5 hours, they will charge you the full 24 hours.

A bit pricey since they're charging per 24hrs.

Pricing is for minimum 24 hours which resets at midday.

Suggest using the Capsule Transit Hotel service for shorter term storage at 3, 6 and 12 hour increments.

Regular baggage is treated as “oversizeď and thus quite expensive. The scale they’re using does not make much sense at an airport.

HIDDEN COSTS AND WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Upon our arrival to Malaysia KLIA2, we checked in 2 bags for 10 days and paid RM730. Five days before we were due to collect our bags, our travel plans had changed and we emailed and called them to find out if it would be an option to extend our luggage storage under the same ticket. They have a table that shows pricing DECREASING ( I have attached image of their rates too) if you keep luggage stored for longer periods. With this information in addition to their misleading communication to us, we were under the impression that they would calculate our entire storage over 26 days. However, they had broken it up into 10 days at RM730 and 16days at the very same rate. We were given the following reasons for their charges:
1. Our system is built that way- we do as it says on the screen
2. Other customers pay it, so why aren't you paying it?
3. You should have read the terms and conditions (which actually don't explain this)
4. We are doing you a favor by keeping your bags

After we asked to speak to their owner/boss, we were put through to a lady called Linda, who recited the same story. She ended up telling me she was actually just a supervisor and couldn't make any decisions.

We could have made many other storage arrangements if we knew that they were going to be unscrupulously charging us. We made a decision to leave our bags there, based on the info they presented us.

And if you have a VISA card, good luck swiping it there, we had to go draw cash upon arrival and walk to another luggage storage outlet of theirs upon collection just to pay.

It was a nightmare to deal with this company and we will never use them again!

Was told that they will refund me if I I come early so I booked for an extra day, just in case my plans change etc but when I came to claim my luggage and my refund, she was telling me that she didn't mention refund. Apsolute rip off.
I just found that there is another place called Capsule where you can store your luggage for cheaper with different options.

Buyer Beware!!!!!!! Do not use they do not car of you come back early you pay for the time you say your gonna use and they do not communicate that with you and hide there terms of service from you
