McDonald's Kota Warisan

Nice and clean restaurant with a comfortable ambience for both children and adults. The restaurant has parking spots and also a drive-thru service. Service was very friendly, patient, helpful and professional. Bought many burgers and drinks for the family. A caring server helped me to carry some stuffs to the car.

The staff was so friendly and they are so welcoming. Good job team mcd kota warisan. Keep it up with this good attitudes

Nice quiet place. 24x7, drive-thru, playground. Usually parking is easy, but because it is isolated at the moment with only a petrol station neighboring, if parking is full, it is a challenge. At time if writing, entrance by car is a bit rough, there is a stretch without tarmac, can be quite bumpy.

the service is good, but the peak hour drive thru can be improve.

Service and quality here became much better.

Definitely would recommend this McDonald’s. It’s near to KLIA and they have available flight activity tracking for their customers to check on.

Same as other McDonald's branches but the duty manager here is awesome. I've ordered self collect option online and somehow my order did not show in the system even after I've paid. Explained to the duty manager and he kindly understand my case. He proceed with the order.

This McD has always been consistent. Good food, clean restaurant, good service. The only problem is because there are alot of patrons here, it will be a bit slow. The drivethru sometimes blocks the parking area too. You can park at the shoplots nearby and maybe get more customers to use McD app to order ahead and not clog up the drive thru

Always Cramped with people. And always have problems whenever need to open mcd apps (line problem).

Ordered food here for takeaway. Food was served promptly and staffs were very kind to cater to our requests. Overall experience is very good.

I have passed and been customer for this outlet for the past 5 years and have seen how it grows in terms of it customers. As more neighborhoods popped up in the area the place has been packed with customers, in-store and pick-ups, drive-thru and online orders especially in time for dinner. Even other outlet on the other side of the road 10km apart cannot cover the demography due to traffic flow.

Today I waited 30 mins for my order to be completed (just a mealset and one ice blended). While some customers were getting impatient by the minutes, I cannot blame the staff as the open kitchen demonstrate, everyone is busy with their tasks at hand. Kudos to them anyways for being patient and working at the same time.

My takeaway is this, McDonalds should consider more investment on this chain to cater to the customer growth, or open up another one around the corner - with more attention into how the traffic flows.

Well, it was pretty good. I went there for breakfast and the whole menu was only the breakfast sets and offer. Everything is nice. Only that, nearby to it there's some construction going on. So if you're sitting outside like I did, it'll get a little noisy.
