I rated poor service since the promoters kept following me. It was so rude n annoying. Do i look like a thief?😡

The staff at the counter, name Sarah is rude, even the Supervisor next to her is not customer oriented. Branch Manager & Management, kindly take note on ur bad customer service.

Every time I go shopping, the security guards always follow me around, as if they are afraid that I will steal their things, let me feel that I do not respect this customer, too rude!My friend and I think it's disrespectful. Do we look like beggars? Many times, I hope this security guard can go back and learn how to be a good security guard and how to respect customers!

Spent rm54 only to realize the cashier didn't scan my member card. She told me to renew my card so the points wouldn't expire in a short periof but didn't realise she didn't scan my card mf! I didn't even got mad (bc i was having a nice day w my husband) that she wasn't smiling and was obviously rude but i brushed it off cuz i wanna enjoy my day.

God i am so mad!!!

kita bawak 2 barang p kaunter farmasi tanya staff dia mana better ' dia just jawab dua² better pastuu buat kerja tak pandang kita pun .. Haishhh tak sukaa !!!

I try taster but staff sorang mai tengok astu ngadu kat yg lain and satu tu lah mai kat area i and buat buat kemas brg cara tu macam halau i ,banyak tempat gi but dpn i juga lah nk kemas,i tanya ler knp kak x leh try ke bleh kan astu staff kata selalu org try kt tangan ,so wut , skincare utk muka saya try ler kt muka ,x semestinya tangan elok muka elok,sangat kecewa dengan layanan very rude mungkin saya selekih sangat kot ,ha lah studen mana saya mampu beli skincare mahal ,geram sangat dh lah puasa kecewa sangat sangatttttt

Nak beli ubat allergy tapi pharmacist tu pergi toilet lama2 tak balik kedai

Staff tak friendly langsung , muka takde senyum , sombong , bukan sorang tapi semua , kerja retail pon acah . Orang tanya soalan baik baik pon buat muka .

Pekerja cashier campak kad pada saya, masa saya bayar, sangat mengecewakan dan tidak ada adab layan customer, too bad
