I came in greeting, asking politely for help. But they probably got scolded a lot for their incompetence and indifference that’s why front desk girl is so defensive when I asked for help. “Everything is on the user manual” is her reply when I haven’t finish my sentence… “IT not in today” .. seems like IT always not in whenever my colleagues or friends story me.

If your website doesn’t have bug which leads to buttons not showing up or payment problems.. we won’t be coming to you in person. It’s such a far drive. Most sour faced front desk staff ever. And the fact that you never answer calls…

Thanks to Dr Sanita who was patient enough to solve the problem and not ask me to go home and look at the manual.

Should have accepted our manual payments and forms at least for this year. Sent in September, returned. Until now still cannot make payments. Website still has a lot of hiccups. If everything runs smoothly, then only
implement online applications fully.

till date im still baffled on how efficient the system is. i am yet to be able to apply for my apc. calling them, like others mentioned is like striking a lottery but zero chance lol.

called few times, emailed few times for almost 1 month and didnt get any calls and replies. just wanting to know the reason of still not getting the verification email for mhps (which is also such a hassle). i just knew i registered the wrong email (typo) and the officer kinda being cold to me, as if its just petty mistake. but ive been waiting for an update since october?? only if someone really helped me since the beginning, i dont think its gonna be such petty like this.

If only I can give negative star. MDC never answers calls and there won't be reply even if we email. Ms Darwisyah at the counter of MDC mentioned she will be the one answering the phone call but I have called so many times, everyday, since October 2023. None of my calls was answered. Ms Darwisyah also mentioned "you can call to reach us anytime, if the call is not answered because we are busy, you can also email us. We received 3000 emails a day that's the reason there is no reply. Well, you can always walk in to the office if you can't reach us on the phone or email. There is no problem with the website for APC application. Just try again, Dr"

To Ms Darwisyah and the council, we can walk in to your office because we stay in KL/Selangor. Have you thought about our friends from the east coast, northern & southern region, also friends from Sabah & Sarawak? How can they walk in anytime to your office and still don't provide us solution to our concern?

If there is no issue with your website or services, why are there so many comments on your Google review? I commented here, because Ms Darwisyah mentioned there is no way we could make a comment to the council, suggesting them on improvement, or voicing out our concern. This is so sad to hear from the council.

Getting MDC to answer your call is like striking a lottery only to realise it is a fake lottery ticket once they pass you on to someone else who will pass you on to the wall. Guys, I recommend all dentists to complain via the public gov portal, public pages and social media. The ministry needs to know what is going on and put those lazy incompetent people accountable ya. Doesn't pick up phone call. Email them several times regarding new system MHPS but cant solve the issues, I can't seems to apply my APC...

Very hard to be contacted and as for their services in providing APC (annual practicing certificate) up until today my friend and i have not yet received it for this year's application even though our application had no problem and payment has been made. We were informed that the PIC changed and therefore no legit reasons could be received however even after sending emails they still haven't posted our APC and mind you this year is already at its end. Please improve your services especially regarding APC for ease of practitioners to be able to work.

Set time limit for APC renewal as they like without inform via email, expect us to check your website for updates regularly.

The one who is behind the call is very rude, talk like I owe u money, pls learn some manners. Told me off that do u know this country got many dentists ah, u can't be expecting us to inform u all via email one by email right when they did informed dentists working in gov sector but not the private. So what's the discrimination in action right here? This year they don't even pick up the phone at all, been trying to call daily.

New system for APC has many bugs, such inconvenience to all, you have only one task which is help us to get our APC renewed yearly. I don't see any other role you have contributed so far.

This year APC took more than 6 months to arrive, then left few more months to go and we have to renew APC again. Basically without a proper APC displayed in clinic for at least half a year this year, what for set a dateline for us to renew APC and if late submission we will get fined when u all do work slow like sloth?

I had to call 70 times for the call to be answered and the staff who answered the call kept passing me to other staff to answer my enquiry. Staff in charge was not at his desk at that time. Was told to leave my number for them to contact. They never got back to me. Please improve the service or at least clarify the delay for my document.

They never answer their calls or email... me and my colleagues have been trying since November and there is no response. Very bad

Return back our money for this year’s apc that you overlooked and did not process! Kan senang tak payah bayar macam sebelum ni?
