That is one of the best lounges. Huge with many seats. Relaxation beds! Lol! Showers always available. Food and snacks selection is really amazing. Definitely 5*. I'm glad to enter this place anytime. Laksa is recommended!!!

Arrived early 4am, good selection of food and drink especially for that hour, managed to get on of the 5 male sleeping pods which really helped with the 5 hour layover, showers also available, staff all very helpful and polite

Very good lounge at the KLIA. Food is limited. The soup counter which was separate one was good one. Vegetarian food was limited but still available.

Dessert were limited but delicious

Newly built Golden Lounge at 5th floor is so much better than the old one. Very spacious layout with plenty of places to rest. The most unique thing about this lounge is their "Nap Area" you get full flat single bed to rest, simply too good. You don't see nap areas in other lounge these days.
Food spread was on par with the best lounge I have experienced at Qatar Airways Doha lounge. They have live noodles counter, make sure you try their signature laksa curry noodles bit spicy but tasty. They also keep changing the menu through out the day with full meals. Not like other lounge where they only serve snacks at times. Malaysia Airlines is making right moves to attract frequent flyers. Check out some photos below.

Great choice of food. Good and well designed seating. Nice bar. Wonderful to have a smoking area.

One of the best lounges I have been to,
1) service level A1
2) food excellent
3) quiet, plenty of space so can be quite private unlike many lounges these days.

Definitely will prioritise stop overs in KL in the future as oneworld member.

Luckily got to pit stop at lounge for wheelchair accessible and very comfy toilet. And then light snack with delicious tomato soup and some briyani chicken.

Quite functional business lounge, specious, plenty of seating arrangement including nap rooms for Men & Women. Restroom is clean, includes couple of showers. View is good. At times could be crowded. F & B choice is sufficient.

Great place to relax, catch up with sleep and while away 12 hours if you need to stop over, plus have a shower.

Wonderful experience, consider if you have anything over 3 hrs wait at KL. Good Clean Bathrooms - toiletries and towels provided on request. Good Food - vegetarian options limited though, but that's to be expected. Excellent data connectivity, Nap rooms - carry your own blanket! They run-out of fresh supplies.

Wouldn't change anything - except maybe sawp the sofas for recliners... but then that's asking for a bit much
Would also turn up the AC temperature a few notches... it was super cold. So carry something warm.

For a domestic lounge it is very nice. After experiencing US domestic lounges I've learned to really appreciate MH's lounges hahaha.

It's one of my favorite lounges in the world. I really like the lounge ambiance. The service by the employees to keep the visitors happy is really appreciated. Good food, clean washrooms, nap areas, shower facilities, charging facilities-what else required

Firstly, the 3 course meal that we had was amazing. The staff were warm and welcoming. Next, the toilets are spotless and cleaned regularly. Lastly, the assortment of drinks is plentiful.

Was at the lounge twice on the evening of 1/6 and again at noon of 2/6 following the rescheduling of the flight. Strangely the menu or rather the spread on the buffet table was the same on both occasions. Wonder what could possibly be the reason?
