Super efficient service from KL airport to our hotel 3 hours away. Faris, our driver, sent photos and directions of pick-up point via WhatsApp. He was so friendly and a lovely introduction to Malaysia. Thank you. Highly recommend this service

Firdaus from Mycab2klia was responsive when I asked about quotation during whatsapp. Not pushy as I told him I will update him again if I want to engage his services.

After deciding to go ahead with the service, was immediately assigned a driver with driver name and contact number and driver is official KL taxi driver, not private hire.

We booked about 3 weeks in advance. On the night before the ride, was informed via whatsapp of change in driver. Again provided driver details by Firdaus.

Driver was punctual! In fact, he came 15 minutes early which is good and assuring. Friendly driver also. Dropped of at KLIA2 with no issues.

From Serendah to KLIA2 was RM160.
