Like the other reviewers, avoid this company at all cost. Their price is "Very Good" but for not being able to charge the device, using their included plug and usb wire mind you, we only managed to used the device on the 1st day of our trip.

Extremely dissatisfied with their customer service as well as technical team when they still have the audacity to charge us for 4 days when we are having so many issue with the device. So far we've only gotten back our deposit and the promised refund is no where to be seen yet. Do not give me a number to email or call, we've done both.

Booking it online has problem. Their customer service reply is slow. Tried calling them but the hotline does not work. Tried WhatsApp, Fb messenger and email and it takes forever for them to reply. Took days just to confirm whether they have confirm my payment and booking.
Then, it's been almost a month since I return the pocket WiFi and I still have not receive my deposit. So they inform me that the refund was rejected by bank due to, I quote "the account not found" and they did not inform me immediately. I asked which bank account and what is the proof, they did not reply.
I am furious with their inefficiency of doing things. Now, I have to wait another 7 - 14 working days for them to process. Why on Earth would they require so much days just to refund my deposit??????

dont pay any deposit to them. They will never return it. already made policy report

Scammer. I believe they have been suspended after multiple police reports have been made
