Satisfied. Food have many varieties. Price is low. Restaurant really spacey, nice, comfortable and clean. Really recommend!

One of my favourite place to have lunch. The price is affordable. At peak hour you can find there are lot of people coming here. There are lot of food you can pick for your menu.

Lots of dishes to choose. Reasonanbly priced. The place is clean. Ample parking space. Staff are polite.

Must go around 11am. Later than 2pm will have fewer food. Good taste. Easy to select food. Can try to copy Nasi Bamboo Sg Klah for better customer flow.

This is my first time here.. variety of choices. More than 3 dozens of main dishes offered as buffet menu.. worth every penny

Good place for eatery. Every time back hometown this is the place for luncheon. Many food varieties, parking space, price affordable and suit my tastebuds.

If you are looking for lunch with reasonable price, Kak Saniah's is the best. They have plenty, variety of dishes like Ikan Bakar, curry, tomyam, soup, masak lemak, asam pedas, sambal, ulam, veggies, etc etc... All the dishes always look freshly cooked and taste good. Since the food are that good, they tend to finish fast. So better visit earlier for lunch. The owner and staffs are super friendly so you'll feel comfortable to dine here. But I've no idea about the night's service for other diners in Simpang 9 Corner. Never have experience dining here at night.
