Supposedly we pickup this flower on 30th Dec 2022 at 3pm, but when we go to pick up the florist didn't answer the call till the 5th time, itupun florist xbg call tp we have wait for half an hour tp still no answer. Then suddenly when dah dpt connect with her, she said she forget we supposed to pick up on that day, and the flower still not ready. Well since its still have time then we said she must make it ready by tonite and deliver it, almost 10pm , the flower arrived.
Well to be said this is the most expensive flower with just that arrangement, if i know it will be like this, hmmm . I understand if it for rm70 bellow tp it’s MYR180.
I do want to rude but this is worst! Dah lah mahal , kelopak dah start lerai. To be said, if u on rush pon with that value, its supposed not to look like this.
Last said please improve. If not kalo x pon please do research back on the price arrangement.

I wouldn't even give half a star if there is this option. It has been almost 2 weeks after my wedding but I still can't get over the terrible experience with this florist. The bouquet was for my wedding actual day, and they have ruined my entire day by giving me a bouquet with different design and different colour (very awful and didn't even match with my wedding kuah). Even the leaves I did highlight to them I dislike the leaves from their original design, and they promised to change for me but they didn't. I took the bouquet from shop at around 6pm and back home around 730pm. Just 1.5 hour and the flower looked wilted.
Put in a jar of water inside aircond room as she told, but still the same. Next day morning even my friends asked why flower wilted and some parts even withered and brownish in colour.
Florist said I last minute requested to change the colour tone, yes I did. But if you don't have the flower in similar colour tone, should have informed me you can't make it. Not to proceed and came out with this awful design and colour tone. And even the design totally different. You said this was miscommunication again because I last minute change colour and you confused. So should I bear the consequence of you forgetting to clarify with me? I thought I have highlighted enough all my requests! And shouldn't you be the one to clarify customer's request if you think you do not get it? Anything unclear, shouldn't you be the one to inform us instead of proceeding to random design and colour from what you have?
It was my wedding and you ruined it. Very disappointed and anyone who is thinking of having them to make your bouquet for big day, think twice!
