Dr chitra was kind enough to let me have one slot during her lunch hour when i PMed her in facebook asking if i can have an appointment for my teeth issue. The place was cosy, and the staff were friendly. Dr chitra explained to me what happened with my teeth and why it hurts. Did the teeth xray, scaling and fixing it.

It was nice to be treated nicely.

The scaling can be scary. Not gonna lie it still hurts abit. Wish that it end quickly cause the scaling noise can also torturing you despite it was fast enough, maybe less than 5mins?

Hopefully, there are a brand like zenyum.my in future here to replace braces for mild crowding or gapping teeth without needed to handle the pain.

Wonderful, patient, warm, kind, caring, professional and understanding dentist Dr Chitra and team. They attended to my autistic son who's there for his very first dental appointment today. He was overall okay only till the end my husband had to forcefully hold him and Dr Chitra checked his teeth. Thank God everything was okay. Will definitely maintain his checkups with her although I'll be in KL permanently soon.

iDentist is a very compassionate dental specialty. The doctors there are all very patient. During my root canal treatment, they carefully explained the next steps to me. Besides, there was a nurse beside me, gently patting my shoulder to help me relax. My mouth is quite sensitive, and even a slight touch can make me feel nauseous. Once the doctor learned about it, he immediately adjusted his technique to make me more comfortable. The overall experience was really great. I will definitely come back here for future dental check-ups. They are truly excellent doctors with a great environment, and the service is well worth the price.

Excellent service by the senior nurse (Geetha) and offcourse by the Doctor herself (Dr. Chitra).

My son 8 years old is terrified of the instruments used in an ordinary dental clinic. We had difficulty to have his teeth cleaned by the dentist.

This clinic was recommended by my friend. Dr Chitra is a paediatric dentist and she has made a breakthrough for my son. He had his first cleaning session with her. Also do note that the instruments used were so much quieter than the usual ones.

This will be my go to clinic from now .

Brought my son who is 3.5 years old for his first dental check. The clinic assistant is always bubbly and tried to engage him in conversation. Dr Chitra was great at building rapport with my son, and he allowed her to clean his teeth (much to my relief). Dr Chitra also took time to educate us on basics of dental care for children. It was a pleasant experience and I highly recommend this clinic!
