This is my first time dyeing my hair and I absolutely loved it!! And it's all thanks to Jacky and Rachel from the Hairstory Air Itam branch for the great experience!! They have been very professional, patient and helpful in explaining the process to me, and in teaching me how to maintain my hair colour once I get home. Attached herewith is a picture of the wonderful job they did. My style is called the balayage technique and i used a violet/purple dye!! I highly recommend both of them if you are looking for responsible, professional hairstylists. Five stars for sure!!

Hairstory is a gem 💕 I would say it has been a great experience with the salon and the hairdressers. Got my hair dyed and styled by Darren and Luna and they did an amazing job. Darren patiently listened to my concerns and preferences, helped me to figure out what's best for my hairstyle and hair colouring, while Luna clearly explained every single step to me before proceeding to another step, they took good care of my hair and the outcome is amazing! They are not only incredibly friendly but also skilled at providing personalized recommendations for the perfect hairstyle. The session was ended with hair treatment and my hair feels voluminous and soft! 😍

Had a great experience getting a rebonding here thanks to Darren. He was very professional and detailed in explaining the process. Would totally come back again and recommendable to those looking for a wonderful and comfortable styling service and environment :)

Would like to suggest everyone a hairstylist who name as Cristy, she is very kind and will explain me slowly and very detail about my hair condition. I love her services so so much😍

Claims to be the original Hairstory shop. The team was courteous and the environment was comfortable.
Parking was not the easiest but you can find some roadside parking close to the shop.

This is my first time going to a professional hairstylist and I requested a leading hairstylist and his name was Darren, he's a very knowledgeable guy and I wasn't sure what hairstyle I wanted and he explained to me what type of hair he thinks would look good on me. He is very good at his craft. He also patiently explain to me on how to style my hair as well. I must say I was really satisfied with the outcome, would definitely recommend Darren if you're finding for a good leading hairstylist.

Recently had a fantastic haircut by Darren at the salon. His attention to detail and skillful execution exceeded my expectations. Darren is not only a talented stylist but also a friendly professional who ensures you feel comfortable throughout the process.

It's my first time here, the place is cozy, comfortable, clean. Big mirror, privacy curtain between 2 seats.

Thanks to my hairstylist Hero for my hair colouring. He is very friendly, professional and patient explained every detail towards my enquiries.

I recently got a haircut and I love the way it turned out. My stylish was Janus. He is talented and polite. He also very friendly and i am comfortable with him. I showed the style that i wanted and he followed exactly. Definitely will be coming again. I feel comfortable in this salon.

There was good dying hair service provided by Rachel. I recently got my hair dyed there, and it was an amazing experience. The staff was friendly, the process was smooth and the result was exactly what I wanted. Highly recommended 👍🏻

After my fav Hairstylist, Xuan Xuan left from Hairstory, hardly to meet a good hairstylist for good treatment and massage here.. tried few hairstylists but some of them are not serious on their working… and then few months ago I lucky to met up with Luna at Air Itam branch here.. her treatment and massage are very good and working attitude are professional compare others .. strongly recommend her if you’re looking for a good head massage hairstylist ..

Good service provided. Ms Christy did the haircut exactly as I wanted. She did giver a lot of useful hair care tips too. Done pedicure as well. Great service for reasonable price. New fav salon after this.

My mum and aunt has been going to this Hairstory outlet multiple times and yesterday I finally gave it a try.

I had previously dyed and permed my hair with another salon and wanted to get it tidy and neat as it was getting very long.

Had the opportunity to get my hair done by the hairstylist named Rachel.

She has done a great job in with the hair cut and also making my hair feel healthier with the right hair shampoo wash as my hair had became very dry with the perming and dying.

Definitely would recommend to come by here to have your hair done especially if you have any upcoming event.

Not to mentioned Rachel also shared some tricks and tips on how to care for my kind hair condition as well as styling tricks.

Shoutout also to their front desk staff and an intern that helped made the whole experience a wonderful one

Thank you so much Cristy for treating me like a princess even it's just for wash and blow. I loved how gentle Cristy was yet her hands were strong enough when she massage my head and shoulder. I also loved how she blow dried my hair, and even styled my hair so that it looked bouncy! Super loved the experience at Hairstory Air Itam. Cristy is really an amazing hairstylist, so sad that I'm staying in KL 😢

I personally feel like hair story is a great place to cut your hair. I’ve been here twice before and both times the service was perfect. This time I went here I had Cristy as my hairdresser and it was a great experience. First she asked me about what i wanted to do with my hair, then whilst she was cutting my hair she would ask me if the length was okay. After cutting, I was offered to wash my hair, then she blow dried it and curled it after. I was greatly pleased with the result and it was for a pretty cheap price too. I will definetely come back next time :)
