I recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience thanks to their exceptional customer service. During my stay, I accidentally left behind an important item in my room. As soon as I realized it was missing which was a week after I got back to KL, I contacted the hotel. The staff was incredibly responsive and helpful. They immediately located the item and shipped it to me upon request.

The process was quick and seamless. I was so relieved and impressed by the hotel's willingness to go above and beyond to ensure I got my belongings back. It made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.

Beyond that, my overall stay at the hotel was great. The room was clean and comfortable, the amenities were modern, and the location was perfect for my needs. But the standout part was the customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel that truly cares about their guests' satisfaction and goes the extra mile to ensure a positive experience. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

Strategic location with surrounded with a lot of F&B, cafes, bar nearby. Walking distance to all retail shops and car wouldn’t travel fast speed within this area. The hotel facility also well maintained, clean and comfortable, was checked in during 9pm and still manage to get a room for my business trip.

Superb location. Happening during evening till late night. Many place to hangout. Cafe, restaurants, spa and coffee shops. The hotel is very sime design but nicely decorated. Easy access but very limited parking space. Ample lobby with nice staff welcoming you. Also there is vending machines for hotel guest convinient during the emergency or require. All hotel access equipped with smart access from the main door to lift and rooms. My rooms was a single double. It's very tight but complete with all hotel basic requirements such as toiletries, superb towels and beds, lighting and air-condition. However a bit difficult to whom wants to perform praying in the room. The bathroom so cool and sexy which built with glass. Love it much. And for sure the room also provided with mini dress table or study room. I still can manage my works just for my laptops and other documents. For sure I will be back for my next travel.

Really Hong Kong type hotel, small but clean, most important it sound proof is good. Reception all friendly and responsible.

Cosy budget hotel. Strategically located at happening streer. Nearby to icon hotel. Many restaurants can be reached by walking distance.

Friendly receptionist. Modern vibe. Clean room. Worth it for short-stay 👍

Advantages ~ The service attitude of the counter staff is OK ，not too bad

Disadvantages ~
The entrance and exit are a bit strict, and you need a room card, which I don't like 😂
I live on the 2nd floor ，The room soundproofing is a bit poor
The pillow is a bit hard, and sleeping is a bit uncomfortable
The bathroom is not private enough, not suitable for family and friends, but suitable for couples or one person

In summary, this stay was good. Although the price was a bit expensive, I was quite happy
