Beautician Fifi service is nice, gentle, soft but when come on massage the strength is good enough.

Since I started join with Medi Beaute BM, I've been quite satisfied. I attend their appointments every once in a while. During each appointment, they were able to assist in clearing up my skin and get rid of the majority of my whiteheads and blackheads. In general, the staff is quite attentive, and they give free shoulder massages and free brow shaping after each session. I've being with Medi Beaute for almost a year, and I've noticed improvements in my skin's smoothness and acne susceptibility. My most recent appointment was with Ms. Nico, who was very kind and attentive, explaining the processes she would be doing and sweetly asking me if everything was well.I'm really grateful for such a positive experience, and I hope Medi Beaute will continue to provide such excellent service and expertise.

I recently purchased a face package, and it was excellent. Nico was the one who helped me. Nico provided a thorough explanation. After the facial, my face is more radiant, and I feel quite revitalised. He provides excellent service and is highly professional. My facial skin has improved since I joined Medi Beute, even if I only do it once a month. Nico informed me about my particular skin, and I immediately felt better. Very satisfied with Medi Beaute BM’s service ever since I joined last November 2021. I have been periodically attending their appointment at 3 weeks to 1 month interval. They are able to help me cleanse my skin and extract majority of my whiteheads and blackheads during each session. The staff in general are also very considerate and give free shoulder massage services as well as free eyebrow shaping after each session. After being with Medi Beaute for around 9 months, I can see improvement in my skin in which it is smoother and less prone to pimple exaggeration. My most recent session was with Miss Jun and she was very attentive and considerate towards me, kindly letting me know what procedure she will be carrying out and asking me if everything was alright. Thank you so much for the excellent experience, I hope that Medi Beaute can keep up the good service and professionalism.

I have been coming to Medi beaute Bukit Mertajam for almost 3 years now. I signed up for their facial packages. My skin has improved tremendously. Over the years, several of their estheticians have taken care of me on different occasions. They are all equally well trained in their work, very professional and pleasant in their demeanor, so much so that if I am being taken care of by someone new I will not be bothered because I know she will also give me the best treatment. The esthetician also told me in advance what she was going to do. I felt comfortable knowing that the procedure was being performed. Not only that, but every now and then I get a gentle reminder via phone or watsapp about my next appointment. One thing I really like about Medibeaute is that I can make appointments at a time that is convenient for me. Thank you ladies for always making my visits enjoyable.
