Kaya Palazzo Duty Free Shop Langkawi

A great duty free shop with a lot of variety of products. More importantly it’s the staff working there which make it a great experience. We tasted a lot of different coffees and chocolates. Staff were very attentive to our needs and very patient. Highly recommend to visit this shop if staying in Langkawi. Seven stars to them!!!!!

Our driver took us there because we wanted chocolates. I was glad I was able to taste the chocolate before I bought it. I even bought some coffee which I got to taste as well. I was really glad and my experience was very good. Highly recommend 👌

The perfumes are amazing, a lot come in roll on oils and smell beautiful. I tool the orchid and the Damia (I think it's called like this). The bottles look stunning, great for gifts.

Since the day I came to Langkawi, I haven’t ever been treated this nicely by anyone like in this place! The lady employees are extremely nicely and informative! They gave us free samples of coffee and chocolate and helped us buy what we needed! Very excellent service and very clean nice place!

I was looking for an item that the shop doesn't sell. However Adel still so helpful in assisting me and gave me directions on how to get that item.

Sea cucumber gel skin care is an amazing product and I am usually a very sceptical client. I entered the store with one week old herpes under my lip, sales women gave me a bit of the product to put on and in a few hours the herpes was one third smaller, so I bought the sea cucumber gel and kept applying for two days. Now two days later it's almost gone. It's an amazing product to repair your skin and I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Superb coffee, many choices. We tried many different flavor.. get their charcoal, himalayan salt and coconut coffee.. they use real ingredients.

Honestly, the nicest staff EVER! Adel and Wani were lovely just like everyone else. They have amazing smelling perfumes and beautiful jewellery. I would visit them again anytime and recommend you pay them a visit on your stay in langkawi. They will absolutely brighten up your day and you’ll have a beautiful souvenir like pearls (which are a must have from Malaysia).
