Very smooth rental experience with Kasina. Airport staff were very friendly, fuss free. Car was new and clean, we were given the newer model of Innova. Return was fuss free too, the staff was already waiting for us as we reached the airport. Thumbs up!

Fantastic car rental company, i used them both in Langkawi and Kuala Lumpur. They gave me a discount because i booked in two locations and two complimentary child seats. The cars were new only 20k km or 30k km. If you want a good experience, definitely go with this company. You will get new cars and also fantastic 24/4 customer care.

We rented from the Pantai Tengah Office and had one of the best and painless car rental experiences ever in our many travels. The manager Joseph was particularly friendly helpful and quite amiable. We will now look for Kasina everywhere in our Malaysia travels.

Good Service and genuine Car Rental
The Excess pay for insurance is very less when compared to other car rentals
It is just RM 1000 for small cars
But the daily rent is bit higher

The math is pay less daily rental and excess pay for insurance is high, Drive Safely OR pay daily bit more and excess Insurance less

Kafei (Chinese lady) is very good in treating customer, very Excellent service

Car Model are bit old models but in good condition, we never faced any issues, small small scratches are Mark it properly and take photo and videos for proof, while returning the car very less hustle, also we drive very safely

Moreover Langkawi traffic is quite less, if we cross the city, almost empty roads, but beware of 2 wheelers they drive very close to the cars

Rented a myvi car at Langkawi airport and was assisted by Mazita. Very professional and friendly! Car is in good condition and Mazita did a whole complete check with us before handing over the car. Very flexible with booking as we changed our mind last minute to change from 1 day rental to 2 days.

Awesome. Rented this bad boy for only 100 MYR a day. Drove really well and wasn’t too bad with fuel. The staff were professional and friendly, and were flexible with return time and fuel. Can’t fault them and probably will use them again in Penang this coming weekend. It’s a 15 minute walk from Cenang beach, and maybe 5 minutes from tengah. Very happy with this service

I would highly recommend Kasina as their staff is extremely helpful and kind. We had flight changes and they allowed us to keep the car for longer and waived the extra hourly fees. The car was ok, and we were given the chance to inspect the car in details. Overall top service - keep it up! Would definitely rent from them directly next time I’m in Langkawi.

Rented MPV when was in Penang with family and strongly recommend Kasina if one need to rent vehicle. Linda was extremely helpful, patience and responsive.

I rented for 4 days during the Raya 2022. Toyota Vios we rented was a bit old but the car engine is well-maintained. The Chinese staff, nickname Coffee, is very friendly. The process of booking, taking and returning the car was very smooth. Will definitely return!

Absolutely great service, got the car I booked (Proton Saga) which is great with 3 kids and loads of bagage. At the airport everything want great and smooth. The day we fly back the battery of the car was broken so nothing worked. They came to the resort with another car, fixed ours and we could take the new one to the airport. Great, great, great!

Kasina offers an excellent car rental service. They are located at the airport as well as Pantai Tengah. I went to the Pantai Tengah location to ask about a 7 seater for my whole big family for a drive around the island and arrangements were easily made. The Toyota MPV was in great condition. Pick up and drop off were easily done because of their detailed instructions. I highly recommend them.

Good experience from beginning to end. There is no automatic booking but they responded quickly to my questions and arranged for dropoff at the Telega harbour instead of the airport which was great.

We had a minor incident damaging a tail light but Kasina managed the solution in a quick and fair way.

Car in clean and decent condition. Very good and friendly service especially by staff Ani at Cenang rental office who was very helpful, the car I rented had a bit of trouble with the lock and I drove it back to the office and immediately Ani helped solved the issue. Highly recommended for car rental company in Pantai Cenang langkawi.

The staff at the airport, Sany, was very professional, helpful, and polite compared to the other booths that were basically harassing us to pay for their services. The car was in superb condition and it came with full tank. Definitely will use their services again.
