The hotel is not walkable to any shopping mall. Hence I am lazy to go out for dinner but that was a bad decision.
The food was bad - I ordered lamb briyani. It was not briyani at all and the rice was not cooked at all.
The business was bad. Only two tables of customers but still took more than one hour to prepare the food. After I chased my order, the waitress said the food is ready and being delivered but it still took another 10mins to get to my table. I questioned that guy why it took him so long.
He said - I am the only person sending food and I was delivering food for rooms service before you.

I didn't finished my breakfast yet. They cleared all my cutleries away when I'm away for 2nd round.

They should check before doing this.

Notice that this hotel have alot corporate guest.

The food is so so only. Tasteless. The nasi lemak sambal is super tasteless.

The environment is good.

3 waiters doing servicing.

The lady waiter at front desk keep on coughing. She doesn't wear mask 😷. She should wear mask if she is not well.
She gossip alot to staff too. It shouldn't happened.

The restaurant manager is very friendly & the Indian chef is friendly too.

It was truly an experience to pay for breakfast which is labelled as a buffet. Replenishment rate of food was slow. Serving culteries were sticky and too many more other grouses to add.
