Payamas Health Clinic

Fast-paced public clinic to me. Don’t be disheartened by some doctors. You need to be more empathetic towards them because it’s a governmental clinic. If they scold you it’s because you did something wrong. Or even when you’re not doing anything wrong, they’re just too tired man. Understaffed. Underpaid but overworked. Overall be grateful to our healthcare system. The pharmacists are nice.

Pengurusan Sistematik dan Berkesan.

Tak sistematik. Skrin nombor dah la kecik, takde bunyi. Sepanjang masa mata kena tengok je skrin sampai juling. Pastu kalau nombor dah terlepas, tanya staf kaunter depan dia kata tunggu je, bukan nak bagi nombor baru. Siapa yg bingai gi ikut cakap staf tu alamatnya tunggu la sampai klinik tutup. Alang2 tolong kunci pintu klinik sekali. Lagi satu, nombor telefon klinik kalau call sampai kiamat pun takde siapa angkat

Very bad system. Staff being rude to the patients. I came at 9am to do medical check up for uni procedure. 1pm already but still not finish.

Went to the clinic for the first time as the kmj student bcs of my illness since a week before. The doctor talking rudely to me as if i was pretending. And she didn't even gave me the mc notes.

Additional : My friend says that her friend once went to the same clinic and the doctor also didn't give any mc and didn't check the patient properly that the doctor gave the wrong medicine and she literally have to go to the hospital batu pahat and got scolded there for taking the wrong medicine. Shame on you. I am completely disappointed with the service that this place offer and I believe that I'm not the only one.

makcik maznah keje main main. tekan nombor je, tekan pun tak betul. saya punya lah menunggu tengok org no lepas saya dapat dulu. rupanya maznah tu tak tekan nombor aku. pastu depan kaunter ada patient ni, tapi sibukk menjual beli tupperware. ape perangai gitu?? attitude terukk, haukk. ikutkan hati satu bintang pun aku taknak bagi. bazir masa aku menunggu sebab kau la MAZNAH!!

doctor ni ingat saya senang sgt ke nak pergi tengok dia?org sakit kepala tak boleh masuk kerja nak minta MC ..dia kata saya tipu MC... sebab kerja tempat saya panas.. kepala sudah sakit lagi dekat tempat panas lagi sakit.. cakap dgn dia pasal ni tak boleh masuk kerja cakap macam apa "kalau macam ni berhenti laa"kita bukan macam uorang duduk ada aircord ,gaji pun tinggi ,xmacam kita rakyat biasa kerja tempat panas gila

Serious tak suka dengan layanan macamni. Layan macam apa nak marah marah. Ohh marah mak org boleh eh takde aku. Kalau ada aku tadi marah ibu aku mmg aku tampo je muka sia je eh. Tahule penat kje. Dahtu org yg tnggu smua xpnt ke? Low betul. Tunjuk sikit eh sikap baik sikit tu. Ssuka hati nk mrh org. Sory to say la eh. Aku layan baik kalau org layan baik. Doc kurang ajo mcmni HAHAHHAHAHAHA G SIGN SURAT RESIGN JE LAH

CLINIC KERAJAAN PALING TERUK !! DOCTOR PEREMPUAN NYA BIADAB GILA. TAK MASAL NAK MARAH- MARAH AKU.. KAU TU KALAU TAK DIBAYAR GAJI TAKPE JUGAK NAK MARAH2 PATIENT. GAJI DIBAYAR, TEMPAT KERJA SELESA PUN NAK LAYAN ORANG MACAM APA. OI BAIK KAU BERHENTI JELA WEY!!! STAF PUN TAH APA- APA..

Kalau Rasa Kerja Doktor tu Bagus Kerja Lah Kerana Allah...Bukan Nya Bagi Jawapan Yang X munasabah...menyakitkan Hati...Minta Maaf Bukan Nak Kecam Semua Doktor..Tp Sape yg rase mcm tu kepada dia la luahan ni ditujukan esp doktor tu perempuan...
