Yes agreed the wait may be long. But those who come here stay because they know YB Dr Chong is really good. He has some local responsibilities which also require his time, hence the wait time.

Very rude dentist.
Keep showing my teeth condition to his assistants throughout the procedure. Not for education purpose for his assistants, but more like judging and mocking. This is so unprofessional. I am here to treat my dental problem, not to be lectured and made fun of.
Besides it's rude, it waste a lot of time. No wonder time management is so poor. If there is KPI for the waiting time, he sure fail for every patient.

Overall to say, very bad experience.

The waiting time is too long and the doctor keep rescheduling without prior notice.
Recommended to those who are willing to wait and flexible with the rescheduling.

Turncoat. Your constituents will remember your betrayal forever. Karma will meet up with you eventually.

初中就开始在这家牙科绑牙，就算做了预约也是需要等待，记得绑牙期间，每个星期需要复诊，放学之后穿着校服等待几个小时，常常是最后一个看诊的。有时被告知无法帮我检查，第二天再来。二十多年了等待时间很长的问题一直存在，不知道预约的意义何在！
员工看到熟人可以安排插队，预约了缺还是需要等几个小时。
医生的态度不好，耐心也不如以前了，一直和员工聊天，无关诊断。 最后一次去补牙的经验很不好

DO NOT VISIT! THE WORST MEDICAL EXPERIENCE EVER!

1. Waited for hours even appointment made.

2. Left unattended in middle of diagnose.

3. Impatient when asking for recommendations and advise and giving ambiguous answer.

4. Got scold and said I'm lying when told the filling is over done. It is over sized and I could not bite other than the filled tooth.

5. When not satisfied with the filling to insicor tooth, the doctor said the tooth have their natural shape and it is what it is. Rejected to refine my right insicor tooth and it being left oversized and have a right angle that does not match to the other insicor tooth.

Strongly recommend not to come to this clinic. It is waste of time and money.

最糟糕的醫藥體驗： 張發虎醫生. 下列幾點：

1. 預約了下午4點然後等到6點半左右才見到醫生. 提前預約了還是需要等兩個小時半左右？ 這個是預約嗎？

2. 見到牙醫後看了看說一些模棱兩可的診斷，當問一些問題然後尋求意見的時候也顯得不耐煩和敷衍的態度然後也答非所問. 超級不友善.

3. 診斷後醫生沒說什麼就消失了10多分鐘，自己一個人就坐在椅子上等. 當時護士也因為過了6點就下班了 剩醫生一個人. 結果就自己被放置了10分鐘.

4. 因為時間的關係所以決定只補一顆牙 （門牙）.醫生很快的弄了一下就說補好了.當下我整個震驚了，因為補的牙齒過於大顆導致其他全部的牙齒咬合不到就和醫生說了.結果醫生吐槽說“不可能，不會不要亂說”還堅定的說我說謊，還好當時堅持了 醫生才拿一張紙出來測試咬合. 結果就是做調整才能像平時這樣咬合.

5. 出了醫生房間我母親看到我牙齒直接問我為什麼有直角然後為什麼這麼醜這麼大顆我當下呆了. 照了鏡子後決定再問醫生，結果醫生給了一堆理由說這個是牙齒自然該有的形狀為由拒絕幫我調整. 說了2、3遍醫生還是堅持不幫忙調整，當下整個心情就覺得算了，付了錢就走了.

強烈建議不要來這家診所. 浪費時間浪費金錢.
