3.50 nasi lemak, Sambal Taste soooo goooood. Definitely bringing friends here next trip.

Finally had breakfast @ this coffee shop that is patronised by Malaysians. Had the nasi lemak, dry mee siam with otak. This is the old school time taste that are hardly found. It is near the CIQ. Out of the way if not driving. Anyway, had it already. This meal costs RM9.50.

Basic coffee shop mainly for breakfast. Very casual and partly self order at the food counter for the ready prepared food. They will take the drinks orders for you. The nasi lemak here had robust distinct aroma of the lemak, and goes well with the freshly grilled otak otak available here. Overall a very friendly crew and customers here. And still the old fashion way of letting them know when you finish, and they will come around to calculate the bill for you to pay.

Initially i didnt expect much sand just wanted to have simple breakfast , surprisingly The misiam taste very good, it does not look fancy but it really like a home cook, simple and nice

Recommended for breakfast. love the environment here! Harmony kopitiam (Malaya, Chinese, Indian). You can't find this kopitiam in Msia. less i meant. the food is nice especially the Nasi Lemak + Otak. Must try if you're from SG.

Love this place, best breakfast you can get. Really a hidden gem as 90% crowd is locals. Their Nasi Lemak is fragrant and nice, otah is the best. Can wolf down 10 without a problem. Others seem to like the Mee Siam but it's alright for me.

Crowded in the morning, many came here for breakfast. It's normal to share a table with strangers if there's empty seats.

We tried Siam mee hoon+egg, fried fritters & otak2 (rm1.10 per piece, we ordered 6). Total bill RM24.20 including drinks.

A simple & nice local breakfast. Otak2 is slightly different than the ones I tried in Muar. Somehow I feel that this one is more moist in the middle. Nevertheless both kinds are great!

Nice old school kopitiam for breakfast. U cannot find such an atmosphere anywhere in sg. Good place to stop by before heading out for your road trips.

They were in JB for almost 60 years started from Wadi Hana before they moved to Storey. This is the old school fella breakfast place, the mee siam and nasi lemak pack + Otak Otak is the best

2023 - rm10.70 for mee siam (rm3 nice), 1 veg fritter (rm2, best, wafer thin crispy goodness), 3 otah (rm1.10 each mushy type), 1 ice kopi (can skip).

Order food & drinks, eat, then call the boss to make payment.

Overall nice cosy 'from the past' brekkie place, 15-20mins walk from CIQ.

Note to myself to order more fritters in my next visit.

This is one of the hidden gem in JB, probably only the locals will come here! This store is run by a young man with his parents (in their 70s) and they have a great customer service.

There are two variations of the nasi lemak; self made and wholesale nasi lemak. get the self made nasi lemak (wrapped in brown packaging). When you open it, it will get slightly messy but the nasi(rice) is fragrant and their chili sambal is on point!

If you don’t want to have a heavy breakfast in the morning, go for their dry mee siam and mee goreng. I love their kueh goreng(fried prawn paste) and their otak-otak!

Will definitely come back again! Price wise, it’s Super reasonable (RM7-8 per pax)

Very old school. Hard to find places like these. The Nasi lemak and dry Mee Siam are great. The otak used to be better but overall still ok. Kopi is the traditional thick kind. Been coming here for the last 20 years. Parking will be a challenge.

Possibly one of the best bee hoon's I've ever eaten. Fried chicken is great too.

Slightly expensive breakfast but its worth the price, the nasi lemak tasted so well, strong scented rice and well cooked sambal and etc.

Hands down 🙌 one of the best nasi lemak I had. Chili is sedap & shiok 🌶🌶 otah is a must to buy (hot and fresh on the spot) parking is available.

Simple and unpretentious. Love the nasi leak with cuttlefish. Otak and keropok are also yummy. I keep ordering through Foodpanda.

We had good food that brings back memory. A must for me whenever I visit JB, the last 30 years. Not to miss the otak2. I hope they continue to be in business and wish that they do something to attract the younger customers.

Very tasty food and super nice environment.. Can feel bck those days atmosphere. Just dnt have parking space. Always need to park far away n walk. But worth to walk for such nice otak2
