这家在百合花园里的汇丰银行营业约有20年了吧！曾经经常到这里，也算有累积了不少的回忆。他坐落在百合花园的重要位置，就在十字路口旁，很容易找到他的位置。

这里面的环境干净和挺舒服的。感觉是有序和挺有格调的。这里的客服方式有点特别，不像多数银行需要到服务柜台站着处理事情。而这里是采用间隔试的小柜台，而客人是可以坐着的，就像在办公室里一对一的服务，是坐着的。这感觉挺舒服的。可是在较多人的时候，会需要等挺久的，服务人员不多。我的体验是需要改善的是不要让顾客等太久。在效率上提升的话是我期待的。

个人经验是柜台应该不处理现款的事项的，现款处理一般都需要在银行隔壁的CDM/ATM 机器上处理。

整体上是不错的，除了效率需要提升。

Cny new notes, my question is : if walk in guest/customers can change new notes faster than premier customers, what's so great about premier service?

环境不错，停车位不够充足。银行里的服务速度超慢。已经来电说可以来银行取信用卡。到达了还需要拿号码排队等待。就算是乐龄人士也一样。拿一张信用卡需要等待超过半小时以上。服务态度有待改进。基本上拿信用卡💳应该是一个特别柜台签名领取就可以了。

So many counters ,so many customers but yet only 2 peoples working. Such an excellent service 🫏

I would like share my bad experience recently at mid valley sogo Johor (Branch Tmn Molek)
The customer service of Alen (Chinese supervisor) terrible ! He was so rude infront of customer while me and my parents applying for credit card . Throwing the card machine on the table right infront of my parents. Due to he had some problem with his colleague. 😡😡

Very poor service. Waited here for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Very poor efficiency. Been waiting for 2 hrs yet the service number doesn’t really move.

Very bad experience, Been waiting here for 1 hour but the ticket number is not moving

My ticket number 5529 issued on 17 JUL 2023, 1138pm , but till now I writing this review ticket is still 5526 since then,

Service needs to be fast, since there are fewer staff allowed to be in office. Just move things along fast. Forget about taking a break between attending customers and other personal conveniences, please..
