Never had a good experience here. Previously, an Indian lady staff treat the customers POORLY. She never smiled or talk politely, just giving the patients customer service with her RBF. Body language pun hauk.

This time i went yesterday, i had a reeally bad fever that I barely can get up from bed since morning. Then when the doc ‘examining’ me (aku ckp aku demam ttba dia put his stethoscope on my tummy ? I don’t have bowel issues. Entahla. Just a bit sus. Tak smpai berapa seconds pun. Bukan selalu doc check chest or belakang ke ? Amik tekanan darah apapun tak). Then i told him POLITELY can I have MC for tmr as well bcs I don’t think i would be able to just be HEALTHY immediately tmr as i just got worse today. He just nodded his head. Aku pergi klinik pun malam dah tau sbb bebetul tak larat. Aku dhla kerja jauh, dekat pulau.

But then when receiving my meds, I notice the MC just for 1 day so I politely told the staff again i need the MC for tmr as well like i told the doc just now and then, the doc asks to meet him again at his room. Masuk je bilik doc, aku tak sempat cakap apapa, dia terus argue with me and boasting himself that “if you taknak MC i buat, you boleh tinggal semua kami bagi, kami bagi balik duit you. Pergi cari doc lain”

(if you dont want the MC i made, you can leave and we give your money back. Go find another doc) Amboi.

I still talked to him POLITELY saying that i was reeeally sick tho and also need MC for tmr. He still cakap that just drop everything and he will give back my money.
Aku dahla tggu dia since 6pm tau sbb dia masuk pkul 7pm. Gini je dia treat patients dia ? Check gitu gitu je weh pastu cakap mcm ni. Kot la nk explain elok elok why tak boleh kasi MC for tmr ke apa. But terus ckp mcm tu, kami boleh bagi balik duit you. Just, wow.

Its not abt money. Its abt how i spent my energy to go to your clinic, waited for an hour and this is how i get treated ?

Doc takde common sense ke ? Takkan malam ni baru ambik ubat, esok kena pergi AMBIK UBAT LAGI and asks for new MC ? Bukan mntk 3 days straight. Just today AND TMR tho as i started to get sick TODAY. Pergi klinik pun malam da. Dah bgtau kan kerja jauh and DEMAM ? Not ngada ngada making excuses sakit perut biasa ke apa. I AM REALLY SICK.

Tapi, kalau hampa rasa okay nak ubat murah, pergi jela sini sbb usually basic meds tak reach RM60 pun 🥴 Attitude dorang jela hauk. Tapi skrg dh ada staff girls melayu and they seems polite and talks nicely td. So this 1 star utk them je okay. The rest, hmmm 🥴 Last time la pergi sini.

I rather pay more, as long as the customer service is better than this.

Doctor is not good. Not even friendly with patient. When going in, he ask to go to hospital with no refer letter was given and everything the reason is last month already came and MC were given.. Stupidest answer. if don't want to give MC at least give medicine, the hell thinking we are lying on sick. next time check first if you think we're lying, that's shows you're lying on your job. We going in and you get paid. If you're rich already don't open a clinic where will facing with community. If you want to be a doctor, next time give some smile and the important things don't being a racist. We are together living in a community. The good thing is only the clinic open until late.
