I went there for cake slices. I just walk in as I'm trying to support local product. The cakes were hard, unjuicy and too sweet so I guess it was too old to be serve. It was a very small cake compared to SR for the price of RM13. Damn pricey and so unworthy. CS also not really satisfying as the service was not friendly at all and I had to wait too long just to get the cakes as it was only me at that shop during that moment. Plz improve or plz close your shop so that you don't have to do unjustice to your customer. Thank you.

Tak tahu la owner ke staf yang serve, tapi customer service lansung takde. Bukan kita minta layanan Vvip pun. Dah inform nak pergi ambil cupcake dengan kek kahwin. Kerek kemain. Turun buka pintu pastu dah, gitu je. Kitorang krik krik krik pandang each other. At least senyum or greet la sikit, "datang amik kek kan, naiklahh eh". Camtu pun takpe dah. Ni tak, buka je pintu terus pusing naik atas, senyum tak apa tak. Bukan ada orang pun time tu. First and last la datang sini.
