Nice pharmacy , friendly staff...parking at the side of the building

I have visited this pharmacy numerous times, and each visit, I encounter an unwelcoming staff member - a Chinese girl who wears glasses. It seems that the management should reconsider her duty hours, as she might be working too long and becoming tired, which results in her displaying an angry face when asked questions or simply pointing in a direction without offering assistance. She tends to treat customers like they cannot afford expensive products when inquiring about unfamiliar items. It is essential for her to treat everyone equally, without considering their skin color or judging them based on book cover. I hope the management does not take any adverse action but instead focuses on improving her customer service skills and fostering positive relationships with patrons. Although the Siang brand is well-known, this kind of behavior can tarnish its reputation.

Google state 8.30am open. Now 8.48 still not open. Pls change your google working hours if your staff cannot follow. Wasting consumer time and fuel 😓
