Absolutely incredible visit. It is free of charge. You get to feed the elephants, and depending on the weather/water levels, you lay also be able to bathe them too.

What an experience. Please make sure you have your ID/Passport with you, and please donate. Every penny counts to look after these beautiful animals.

The centre quite big, need walk a distance from entrance. If you miss the show time hour, you can only visit elephants and feeding them with sugar can or banana.
3rm for sugar can and 5rm for banana.
Only accept cash, no e-wallet

Entrance is free, optional to give donation. Whole building very clean and maintain very well.

Advice can come on 10.30am, only then visit Deerland after that, so may able to see baby elephant bath show and other show time.

Very nice place! Brought my Korean friends here. You can watch a video on elephant conservation efforts before entering the elephant area. Then you can feed sugar cane in front of their closure. They sell sugarcanes for RM3.

You can also watch elephant performances which are not abusive in nature as the trainers only lets the elephants perform acts that are natural to elephants behaviour like grabbing sugarcane from a high place, lying down for a bath etc.

The place has no entrance fee, but you are welcomed to contribute as much as you like as the park runs on donations from the public other than getting funds from the government.

Kuala Gandah Elephants Sanctuary giving such a good experience to see upclosed with the this large mammals on land. The big acre of land placed many elephants which saved by the forest ranger and they put them here for recovery and treatment.

Located in the central of Peninsular Malaysia took 1hour 30mins drive . No ticket require upon entry but recommended to give some donations for them to maintain this beautiful place.

It has elephant stage show as the climax of the day but beforehand you can experience how the elephant takers showering this large mammals and the closeby river. The show will be usually begin in the afternoon for about 1 hour plus. We even can feed the elephant with the sugarcane selling at the kiosk and also convinient store in the compound.

This place is wheelchair accessible and good experience for kids even adults.

I have a few tips...

1, The entrance gate opens at 10:30 sharp. Until that the car queues outside.. within 20 min it is fully packed at a weekend.
2, There is a guided service. But you can walk through alone inside (I think most people do like that)
3, you need to write up your info at the entrance regardless of whether you take a guide or not. Then, proceed to the reception to get a ticket.
3, You can feed elefants any time (RM5 for banana, RM3 for sugar cane.)
4, Some cafeteria insides.
5, The elefant show starts at 11:15, it is fun!
6, no entrance charge but they ask for donations (I did )

I would say 90-120 minutes of fun is good enough. Bit difficult to get there but it is worth visiting.

We had a great time here, knowing more about the elephants and their nature habits. Kids have wonderful experiences by giving food to and touching the elephants. The Elephants show at 2pm was the highlight of the day. The location was very clean, good maintenance by the management team.

Pro: Free entry, free parking

Cons: Very few food stalls and less food varieties.

Had such a great time here with my friends and their kids.
The place is located 1.5 hours from KL!
Plenty of parking and toilets are clean.
The space is large enough for people to roam and picnic around.

Please bring cash for donation and respect the elephants.

They are all rescued and are working elephants! They each have a mahout and I love cherry the most! Such a sassy elephant.

To those who don’t understand Malay, you might not understand some parts of the show but I think it’s still worth the visit if you want to interact ethically with elephants in Malaysia.

This is not just an elephant farm. You can also have education resources about the elephant. As I attend on weekdays, there are not many interactive activities. Only see and feed the adult elephant and elephant's calves.

Amazing experience with the elephants last weekend. My kids had so much fun feeding the elephants & get up closed with this amazing animals.

Kudos to all the staffs for their friendliness. We had fun watching the performance at 2:15 pm & also watched the mahod bathing their elephants.

The entrance is free& you can do donation to the conservation.

Room for improvement for this conservation would be, setting up more intresting & well maintained food places as they are not much variety & only 1 stall selling hot food.

Upgrading the toilet. Also add more activities to make it more lively event.

Overall, kudos to the team & we had so much fun yesterday.

The show start at 2pm(please come a bit early so you can see them bathing in the river)

Please be respectful to the Elephant too 🙏🏽
