Front reception friendly and helpful. There is a weighting scales for anisl just i front of reception area. We were there in the afternoon to bring my dog for treatment (my dog just managed to fight and chase away a cobra trying to go inside our compound area and the snake sprayed poison to my dog eyes so we rushed to bring my dog to this clinic. Thank God she is not bitten). Treatment room is clean and spacious. Veterinarian helpful and give good information. Recommended to all.

Staff and doctor is very efficient. I've been taking my cats in there lately since it's the closest clinic to my house. My cat needed some extra care and the clinic provides boarding.

They do surgery even during MCO however please call and make bookings in advance if it's for neutering your pets. Remember to ask what vaccination is needed and fasting period before surgery otherwise you may need to reschedule if all preparation is not done before surgery.

Fees are reasonable for pet care maintenance however may get more expensive for more delicate and intensive procedures as expected.

Main door is facing the main road. Easy to find parking. Though it is a small clinic, the service is fine. Fee is affordable as well.
