Went here for meds and doc’s consult. The doctor was very nice, explain thoroughly and the nurse and frnt counter staff also very polite. The price worthy with meds provided & sick leave compare to other clinics. Pls keep it up 👍🏻👍🏻

One of the nurse is very professional and experienced in handle me, because I was very scared to do the blood test, she is very patience and kindful to help me go through my fear. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍Keep it up

My to-go clinic when I am in needs.

Just took my PCR test few days ago. The whole progress considered smooth, took around 35mins (I was the #13 in waiting list) including waiting.

Covid Test:
1. Register yourself at the counter
2. Wait in your car, nurse will give you a call
3. Show your IC and make payment over the counter
4. Queue for the test (it was quick)
5. Show your receipt and IC to doctor
6. Go home and shower!

Nurses are friendly and helpful. I received my PCR result almost 12am on the same day! It was real quick la~ No complain.

*minus one star because there was a time, I was sick, a male doctor explained bout my conditions real quick that I need to pay 1000% attention to understand 😂

Doctor (not Dr Allan) not friendly and act arrogant..please improve your service toward customer/patient

Went here for ultrasound scan...one cute guy at the registration counter told me their doctor dunno how to use the ultrasound machine :）

I was very disappointed by the doctor. I didn't get the doctor name but for management review I was there on (24 jun 2023 time 15:30 ).

I hope the issue will be solve as soon as possible and I'm not the only review having this issues.

What a pointless consultation. Sat down for 2 mins. Told to go somewhere else to get a test done. But please pay a consultation fee. Must be nice to be a doctor.

Today I met an unfriendly doctor -Doctor Liew.. I oweys went to this clinic looking for Doctor Alan.. today doctor Alan onleave.. hopefully this doctor can improve his attitude towards patients.. pls don’t act like lcly..

Went for the COVID Screening test (RTK-Ag). Signage at the front door asking those who choose to undergo the screening test need to que behind the clinic. There are no one entertaining the customer behind the clinic (e.g showing SOP or protocol for the test). Everyone just lining up with no idea what happening in front. Proposed for the clinic to consider displaying banner showing the protocol for the test (e.g duration for queing) behind the clinic so that people can read and understand the situation. Everyone just queing and the que didn’t move for an hour. Everyone just lost.

Need to improve your staff service.
