A good public library.

3.5 stars. The building, minus a star because there are no wheelchair entrances. Just stairs. Books/publications in the "references and resources" floor were very lacking. And there are no e-kiosk (or anything similar) for us to search certain books or publications locally without browsing Sabah Library website. Minus another star.
When I visited this library, there were not that many visitors. Only a few, and some were not even reading, just chitchat-ing.
