Went to Padimas branch to bring my son yesterday, Doctor and staff were friendly. Clean environment. Service was great. They even follow up by whatsapp how was my son feeling the next day.

My go-to clinic that my 2-year old actually looks forward to going, commendable feat to the clinic's support team and doctors. The follow up messages to check up on their patient's condition are also much appreciated. Good vibes all around, two thumbs up!

Doctor and Nurses were friendly. Clean environment and comfortable. The staff (Nurse) very helpful and understandable of each and one patient condition. Doctor explaination very good and clear as Doctor very approachable in explaining the medical terms and medical condition to layman. Thank you.

This is one of a good sample for customer service. You can give them feedback either you like it or not. And they are happy to serve you as a customer even the doctor will ask you how their patient been doing after taking their medicine.

Love it here, The clinic surrounding very comfortable, clean and all the staffs including doctor very friendly. They also follow up patient after 1/2 days which is very good too.

Love it here, all staff including doctor very friendly, the clinic surrounding also very comfortable, the washroom also clean,. The waiting area smell so good, very tidy and neat,. The space huge also, my son can run around,haha. And also no parking fee which i love. They also follow up patient after 1/2 days which is very good too. Now it is my new favourite clinics, btw can use emadani too

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with this clinic. Received fast and professional help. The nurses and dr are very attentive. To my suprise this clinis also provided follow up on patient condition.I highly recomended this clinic.

Registration was quick and simple. All that was needed is my IC and a few brief questions. Been going to this clinic multiple times as parking was ample and the operating hours were flexible as they open up to 10PM. Clinic staff are always warm and friendly, especially the resident doctors! Highly recommend going here for those living around Penampang-Kepayan area 💯👍

Highly recommended Family Care Clinic Dr Muhammad Farid Padimas Mediclinic ! The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Dr. Aisyah and Dr. Anderson was great. They take times to listen and explain, as well as treatment option. I wish and hope that this clinic will never stop giving the best treatment to all.

The clinic has clean surroundings and provides good service by friendly staff with the doctor explaining the patient's condition and medication after the check-up, followed by a nurse's next-day follow-up; I highly recommend it.

We only had a few visits to this clinic, the doctor and the staff are friendly enough but what my wife and me are quite surprise is the follow up call on the condition of our son after check up. That is a very rare gesture, kudos!
